My wife and I were getting frustrated trying to shop for a new vehicle when a good friend suggested we treat ourselves with a visit to Lexus of London for the experience of a lifetime. The minute we walked through their door we realized how busy they were but a member of their staff still made a point of offering to take us on a guided tour and answer all of our questions until a sales person became available. As our tour ended we were introduced to Lisa Ali, one of the nicest ladies we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her patience, knowledge, and understanding of our needs was amazing. Lisa went out of her way to help educate us about the benefits of owning a Lexus. We have leased several vehicles from Lexus of London for close to 20 years. The sales and service department have been exemplary. Rick Watson was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions. We would also like to mention a few weeks ago with our previous Lexus we experienced a flat tire away from home on a weekend and were left without a vehicle.
