Best car buying experience I have ever had I was fortunate enough to wind up dealing with a rep by the name of Doug Keen. Doug made a normally stressful process to be quite comfortable and e I was fortunate enough to wind up dealing with a rep by the name of Doug Keen. Doug made a normally stressful process to be quite comfortable and enjoyable. I did not get any kind of "run around". I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. He was able to provide me with exactly what I wanted with a no pressure approach. Doug answered any questions I had honestly and promptly and truly showed that he cared for his customers. Upon delivery of my vehicle, even though it was a very busy day at Erin Wood, Doug went above and beyond my expectations in showing me the features in detail. I have been a District Sales Manager in the past for a number of years and I cannot speak highly enough about Doug's efforts and dedication to his customers. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Carol Buckwald in Finance and Nick Palalas in Sales. Both Carol and Nick also added to the pleasure of dealing with Erin Wood Ford. My father purchased a vehicle from Erin Wood Ford in 1977 (they were called Elmwood Ford at the time). He was very happy when he made his purchase and I am glad to say they have not changed in their customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend putting Erin Wood Ford on your list of dealers to check out. More

After dealing with the typical "used car salesmen" from multiple companies, I took my father's advice and decided to meet with a salesman from Ford whom he had purchased his vehicle from about 2 years ago. Sure enough, Mark Mcguire (that's right, like the former MLB slugger!) was there and he recognized both of us immediately. He was friendly and professional as always, helped me look through a variety of options in used and new vehicles. His approach made me feel at-ease and I felt as though I could trust everything he told me. After showing me multiple lots and personally walking me though each of them, I decided to buy a new 2016 Mustang which I am in love with. I called Mark several times to find out how to proceed with everything in the process and I swear the man is on duty 24/7 because he always answered the phone and helped me whenever I needed it. Finance was handled by a lovely lady named Carol Buckwald. She explained all the options for the car and never pressured me into any purchase. She worked with my finances and together we were able to put together an excellent package. Thank you Erinwood Ford! More
