My first experience and vehicle were amazing and the purchase was seamless to say the least. I live in London Ontario so it is a two hour trek for me to get to Erinwood Ford. I was so happy with my first experience I thought it was only fitting that I should return for my second purchase. Victor took the time to give me great feed back on the deal and treated me fairly throughout. He is an honest man with a true Moral Compass. I recommend Victor and Erinwood Ford to my friends and family and I will continue to deal with them. My new truck is the Lariat edition of the F-150 Wow! what a gorgeous piece of workmanship. Thank you Ford Motor Company. You should know that Victor and Erinwood Ford are representing the Ford Motor Company with excellence. What I got was hands down the best service and worry free sales experience I have had. Not having a pushy sales team is great and made me feel like we were working together instead of someone trying to sell me something. Vivian and Mark plowed through a foot of snow and freezing temperatures to help me out. Finding the right car for me and make me a very happy customer. Giving 5 stars from me is hard, I usually hate giving out perfect scores.... but they all deserve it. Love my new Edge Sport. More

My 2017 Ford Escape had more features than anticipated for my budget, including the "winter tire package" as our GTA roads can be very challenging in the winter months. I use the term salesman lightly as he didn't seem like he was in "sales". He was very genuine and honest, and made us feel very comfortable, not pressured or rushed.
