Doug was friendly, professional, listened to what my wishes were for a vehicle i.e. accessories. Was always available when I wanted to drop in to test drive vehicles and returned my phone calls and emails immediately. The other thing, and more importantly for me was his honesty. After looking at hundreds of cars and test driving a couple, I found one at Erinwood. Habib was my sales associate and from the minute I called to request a test drive to the day I picked up my keys, he was wonderful! He had the car warmed up and ready to go when I arrived for my test drive. I told him my budget and he along with the director Nick were able to give me a great deal! On the finance side, I dealt with Adam. He was great and broke everything down for me and answered all my questions. Adam & Habib were there when I picked up my vehicle and made sure everything was good to go and that I was happy with everything. It's nice to deal with a company that are to the point while staying super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to everyone at Erinwood that turned my bad luck into a fantastic experience! More
