Thanks to yet another internet search and realizing my choice of a new 2017 crew cab sport were selling out quickly I decided to take a drive out to Erinwood Ford as they had a large inventory of my preferred truck. Martin Menzies was the quickest salesperson to offer his assistance and quickly found me several options to choose from within my budget. The time and effort Martin put in to get me on the road were way beyond anything I had experienced in the past 5 new vehicle purchases. His personality and expertise won me over and was the main reason I travelled almost 40 km to choose this dealership. More

He was so knowledgeable and friendly, and helped us through any (and many) questions that we had. Mark was very personable, quick to communicate back with us, and made the process run very smoothly. We felt like Mark was working for US during the process, which made our decision to buy from Erinwood an easy one. We had made a phone call to Mark on Thursday, went in to see him on Saturday, and picked up our new truck on Wednesday...doesn't get much smoother than that!! We love our new Ford F-150 (our first truck purchase), and will definitely be back to Erinwood Ford when it's time for another vehicle purchase. We drove 1-hour to work with Mark at Erinwood, and it was worth the drive-hands down! Thank you Mark and Erinwood Ford! More

Orlando took the time to go on the test drive explaining all the nice fetchers this car has. There was no pressure and I could have left at any point but I loved the car and the price was great. I notice road rash on one of the rims and the manager approved to have it looked after. I was concerned about when the last oil change was and they looked after that too. The most incredible this was that they had my car ready to pick up the next day and they we good enough deliver the car 1/2 they way. I would highly recommend Orlando and this dealership. They know how to look after their costumers More
