Now because of Erinwood Ford I have the corner office with the double moon roof. I recently returned there to upgrade my F-150. Over the years I have had some specific "asks" for Brad and Martin and they always deliver. They even think of things I hadn't. Somehow these magicians pulled Lightning out of a hat. This dealership has an outstanding team and thier approach makes this sometime arduous process fun. Erinwood cares and it shows. And what a marvel of technology Lightning is! More

After having a dissapointing experience at another non-Ford dealership with trying to order and purchase our first electric vehicle, we decided to come to Erinwood Ford after seeing positive reviews a non-Ford dealership with trying to order and purchase our first electric vehicle, we decided to come to Erinwood Ford after seeing positive reviews and learning of their experience with a higher volume of EVs. After my husband was in contact with Dave online we knew we had come to the right place! After meeting Dave in person, he was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the Mustang Mach-E that we were interested in ordering. He set us up with a test drive and helped us through the whole process of placing our order for a 2024 Mach-E, as the orders for the 2023 Select had closed. We knew it would be a wait (of at least a year) to get the car, but definitely felt it was worth it. However to our surprise and delight we got a call and text just a few weeks later that someone had turned down delivery of their 2022 Mach-E Select AWD and Dave was able to offer it to us (with the help of other colleagues at Erinwood Ford). What a shock that we got the car we had really wanted in the first place so much faster than we ever expected! Overall the whole process of purchasing the car was extremely smooth - Dave and others at Erinwood welcomed us and our three children for another test drive and were so patient as they came with me to pick it up on delivery day. They also arranged for a professional installation of heated seats before the car was delivered as that was a must-have for me. The whole process was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend Dave Grittani and the whole Erinwood Ford team for any vehicle purchase! More

Erinwood Ford is one of the best dealerships I have ever visited, the people that work there are friendly and helpful specially Mark Maguire who has always helped me with the questions, purchasing advice to visited, the people that work there are friendly and helpful specially Mark Maguire who has always helped me with the questions, purchasing advice towards the F150 and what options would work best for my construction business. Most recently he has been helping get a lease for a 2021 Ford F150 Lariat transferred over to me from a family member. Both he and Victor helped with this transaction that went very smoothly! Mark had been helping me for the past 3 years with the both purchasing and making the best decisions to save me money! More
