Great Experience and Great Staff I live in the GTA and happened to be in Ottawa for an event. My family have been looking for a new car and have visited many locations near our home, I live in the GTA and happened to be in Ottawa for an event. My family have been looking for a new car and have visited many locations near our home, those experiences have left my wife and I with a bad taste and were holding off on purchasing. I happened to have some time and luckily happened to have gone into this dealership......It was my lucky day! The staff here were EXCELLENT from the moment I walked in by being so welcoming and accommodating (a far different service level than I have been treated to before). I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy Hartin and Jon Buckley. I believe that Andy is a manager at this dealership and his professionalism and knowledge was demonstrated when we spoke and reflected by the team. Both Jon and Andy made were able to answer the questions I had and were able to offer me an exceptional deal, so good in fact that I drove home from Ottawa in a new car and will be buying another for my wife in the next few months and WILL make the trip again to see Andy and the rest of his team. Thank You Jon and Andy you have changed my view of how car sales can and should be; the pinnacle of service that other dealerships should try and replicate. More

Very great customer service, and everyone is very friendly there. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a car. Only thing is, they need to offer more deals to customers whenthey purchase new vehicles. e.g. like winter packages, which includes free winter tires with the purchase of a new car, and etc. Overall, good place to shop for cars. Customer Service I have been in the construction business since my early twenties. With the exception of one purchase I have always driven a Ford pickup for the past f I have been in the construction business since my early twenties. With the exception of one purchase I have always driven a Ford pickup for the past forty years. On the advice of one of your customers (and a client of mine) I purchased a Dodge product for the first time. With 75K on the clock I had trouble with my transmission. it was under warranty so Capital Dodge covered the warranty repair. This took two weeks. Truck appears to run fine. Even though this was a warranty issue I still had to pay for a rental car. Approx $650.00. I paid $215.00 dollars to have it towed to the dealer. I was told if i wanted my money refunded to contact Roadside Assistance it was not Capital Dodges problem I had asked for the Interior to be cleaned. I was given a price of $100.00 dollars. I said it was a mess and maybe $200.00 was more appropriate. My rep (Brent) said no problem. The interior was never cleaned. When addressing these issues with a manager at his throne desk (Oct 1st 2016) I was given a Gallic shrug. When I opined this would be my last Dodge product he could care or less. So...the truck is not a bad product, but so is Ford. Be assured i will not be purchasing another Dodge product. As i am closing in on the end of my career this is not a big loss for Dodge. He was friendly, helpful and gave me confidence in Dodge products, which I did not have previously. I left for an 18 day holiday and upon return went back to Capital Dodge. Andy was away at this time so I dealt with Shawn General Mgr. of sales and Mike Leblanc. After advising them of my previous contact with Andy they assured me that they could provide me with what I was looking for. I have been a Ford person for 40 years, but was unhappy with my F150. I drove your 2016 Eco Deisel and was impressed. I went to Ford to compare and decided to purchase the Eco Deisel . One of the main factors in my purchase is the fact that I am a retired police officer and Chrysler offered a friends and family discount, and I was aware that Ford Foundation gave support to Black Lives Matters. I choose to support an organisation that respect for me and my family. The overall tea at Capital Dodge made my wife and I comfortable, gave us fantastic service and were very professional. The truck is outstanding and I am thrilled to have made this purchase. More
