I knew what I wanted from the start as this is my 4th generation Ford Edge over the last 10 years and it really is the best SUV on market from a value standpoint. The 2018 Titanium easily competes with luxury SUVs that cost 15-20K more. Paul has the qualities you're looking for in a primary sales contact and throughout our sales process he connected me with multiple people at the dealership to address questions I had and every single one of them was helpful and friendly.
