Promises unkept & unreturned phone calls - KayDan
Three years ago I bought my first car with Mega and it was a great experience. Unfortunately, this time around, I dealt with poor customer service and with the staff promising things that never occurred.
I was told in the following days to our visit, that we had been approved. We were to wait on validation which should take 1 day but here we are 6 days later again without news. On Friday, we were told we were told that we were approved again.
Come Monday, we called only to ensure that the car would be ready before Wednesday due to a hospitalisation . They said that they wouldn't be no problem at all, no worry. We were high priority and that the car would be ready the following day.
Here I sit today, going into the hospital, without any news from Mega. Throughout the process, messages were not returned, news were not given unless we called 3-4 times a day until they picked up the phone. Going on day 8 when my previous experience had only taken 3 days.
For a company that had been great 3 years back, I am completely appalled at the lack of customer service. At the LEAST, they could of called to say there was delays and it would not be ready. Instead, it was unkept promises and entire carelessness about their customers.

Pour ma part, j’ai vécu une expérience incroyable. Jean-François m’a conseillé de façon très courtoise et professionnelle, au-delà de même de mes espérances. Olivia, au crédit, a été, elle-aussi, impeccable dans ses conseils et m’a obtenu le meilleur taux d’intérêt possible. Je n’ai subi aucune pression, mes besoins ont été respectés, ma voiture m’a été livrée en parfaite condition. Je n’ai que des éloges sur mon expérience d’achat.
Pour l’heure, je ne connais pas le service après-vente, je ne peux donc pas en partager mon expérience. Mais le ferai lorsque je l’aurai vécu.
Pour le moment, je tiens à remercier Jean-François et Olivia pour cette merveilleuse aventure !!!
MTL Auto Prix is the best - Fryal
I bought my car from Auto Prix last Friday, I was very happy with it, it looks as if new. The prices are really lower than everywhere else. Daniel, the Sales Advisor there, is so patient, honest, has a pleasant smile and very well experienced. Mina is the receptionist there was so helpful, patient and knows her job very well. I highly recommend.

quand apres ta location tu as besoin de renseignement pour faire une nouvelle location dans un autre concessionnaire Ford ils ne veulent absolument pas aider. Personne ne veut te repondre. Toujours des boites vocale. Plus jamais je n'acheterais chez eux. Service tres mauvais.
after end of your rented you need information to make a new lease in another Ford dealership they absolutely do not want to help. Nobody wants to answer you. Always vocal boxes. Never again would I buy from them. Very bad service.
Waste of time - Thesabster
I was ready to buy my car but needed to test drive it first. So drove 30 min to get there only to be told the car was in maintenance and I couldn’t try it out. So I went around looking at the body and was told touch ups would be made before delivery. So, I went back a couple of days later and guess what! Touch ups had not been done (except for one that was botched). So I wasted my precious time for nothing. Told them to keep it! Won’t go back and will warn friends and family.

FAIRE INSPECTER LA VOITURE. On a attendu trop longtemps et we are PAYING (literally) the consequences. The front brakes are at 40% and the back brakes are at 10%, on a carrement besoin de 2 nouveaux calpiner en arriere. ARNAQUE. It took 3 weeks to get the contract quand ils l'ont supposement envoyer "la semaine ou on a acheté la voiture". Spent over 4000$ on a car 4 months ago that already has 1200$ of repairs to do. They let other people test drive the car we paid cash/signed for. STAY AWAY!

i just purchased a 2013 van and after driving 1500. km, I ended up staying 6 days at my own ecpense also additinal expences for the family who drove me down gas, meals and accommodations, for six days I was given excuses from them saying t h ey needed money for insurance for two months in advance which I pad, which I later found out the insurance company did not speak with them about a quote, so i guess i lost that money they ask us to meet them halfway which was 1 1/2 hour drive and was told they couldnt make it because we needed vehicle plates, so we turned back and got my plates than waited another 6/7 hours before showing up with the van..to this day I did not get my money back and /or any documents or even a bill of sale from these people,,absolutly dissatisfied with their service,

You cannot imagine how much trouble I have gotten through because of them.
I had to pay near 1000$ after 2-3 months of purchasing the car from them to fix it. When I called them to complain about the car, they hung up the phone on me.
Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them!
