Horrible - scammed out of $740 - antyf
Horrible place - not the first time they've done this to me but definitely the last.
I am not a car expert so placed trust in Vincent Pouliot to fix vibration on idle which just started up.
Convinced me it was my thermostat that was faulty. $740 later, still vibrating.
Spoke to Service manager André Gadbois who was rude, non-empathetic and when I asked for a refund he told me if I wanted a refund he was going to put back my old thermostat!
Called BMW Canada and submitted my complaint. They told me to contact the GM - Martin Taillandier. I left him a voice message 3 days ago and has not called me back.
I will never bring my car back here and will not buy a BMW again because of this horrendous experience.

quand apres ta location tu as besoin de renseignement pour faire une nouvelle location dans un autre concessionnaire Ford ils ne veulent absolument pas aider. Personne ne veut te repondre. Toujours des boites vocale. Plus jamais je n'acheterais chez eux. Service tres mauvais.

i just purchased a 2013 van and after driving 1500. km, I ended up staying 6 days at my own ecpense also additinal expences for the family who drove me down gas, meals and accommodations, for six days I was given excuses from them saying t h ey needed money for insurance for two months in advance which I pad, which I later found out the insurance company did not speak with them about a quote, so i guess i lost that money they ask us to meet them halfway which was 1 1/2 hour drive and was told they couldnt make it because we needed vehicle plates, so we turned back and got my plates than waited another 6/7 hours before showing up with the van..to this day I did not get my money back and /or any documents or even a bill of sale from these people,,absolutly dissatisfied with their service,

WORST PLACE YOU CAN BUY A CAR !! - Car Enthusiast
I left a deposit on a car that i was interested in. They told me i had 48 hours to decide if i wanted it or not. (They claim that they would do a 199 point inspection on the car) I agreed to the 48 hours providing the inspection would be done and i would be able to see the inspection report and see the car before i signed the sales contract. Needless to say the 48 hours turned into 3 weeks. They finally finished the inspection 3 weeks later and gave me a call to let me know the car was ready. The next day i showed up a Auto Durocher to see the inspection report and the car to decide if i was going to buy or not.
I walked in to the reception and gave my name to the receptionist. She asked me to have a seat and said that someone with be with me shortly. A young lady came to see me and asked me to follow her to her office. Once we sat down she asked how i was going to pay for the car and started pulling sales contract as if i had already agreed to buy the car. I replied that i didn't agree to buy the car until i saw the inspection report and the car. She replied "oh! well ok most people do the inspection report and view the cars after the papers are signed." I was stunned at her response and said to her "are you kidding me" i came to see the inspection report and the car before signing anything, Who buys a car without seeing the inspection report. She replied i only take care of finance and not inspections so i will send you to the inspection department. Once at the inspection department i was met by a young man who proceeded to show me the report. Their report consists of a list of items that were inspected and beside each item there are letters A-B-C-N/A. A meaning good, B meaning acceptable, C meaning to be replaced and N/A meaning not applicable to the vehicle. So the young man stared to go through the report very quickly as if not wanting me to see what was actually inspected and sign the report. I quickly stopped him and asked him to hand me the report as i wanted to read through it carefully. Glad i did because i am pretty sure the car wasn't inspected. The report claimed the car had no sunroof and that the tires were all at 7/32 worn and some other stuff that i was not comfortable with. I asked to see the car before i signed anything, \the young man said ok and took me to the car. As we reached the car i started goin around it and noticing a couple of things. First thing i noticed was that the tires were all worn differently. One of the back tires was at 3/32 and had a 2 inch bubble on the sidewall of the tire. The other back tire was worn to about 4/32 and the front tired were about 6/32 worn. Then the hood of the car felt rough and a little like you were passing your hand on 400 sandpaper. I asked him what that was and he told me they did a compound on the hood. What!!! are you kidding me with this !! what kind of garage does a compound and leaves the finish like sandpaper. So he said he would go get the supervisor in charge of esthetics (Kevin). I proceeded to inspect the rest of the car while he went to fetch Kevin. I found that sandpaper feeling on the back of the 2 side mirrors and along the side of the passenger doors.
By this time Kevin had arrived and explained that it was a light compound and that if i wanted them to do a second compound it would cost me roughly $300-$400. i looked at him and said are you kidding me!!! He then began to be rude and obnoxious. I cut it short right then and there. I told him do you think I'm an idiot!! Give me back my deposit i am definitely not buying this car. Well as i was getting my deposit back i found out that Kevin was the director of sales and not the esthetics supervisor. WOW!! I am a HR Director and needless to say if i had someone like that working for me he would be fired on the spot . These guys are crooks. They don't inspect the cars in my opinion and have rude and obnoxious directors that will tell you any lie to sell a car. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE TO BUY YOUR NEXT VEICHULE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCREWED!!!

Our Salesman was awesome efficient knew what we wanted, professional the whole way through this is the only reason they got two stars! But pick up of the car took way too long. They said it would be ready at 4:00 we arrive hand them the Ppwk and they took over 15 min and two people just to find our file which was right in front of them all along. We were told it was still getting washed which was a lie ours was third in line and the car wasn’t cleaned the best.. it was rushed. They said it wouldn’t be long. 5-10 min max. We assumed that we would be signing the final paper work in the meantime, but no. We waited over 45 min until it got cleaned and ready to go and we still hadn’t signed paperwork even though there was no financing to deal with. We explained that we had another engagement and had to be there for 6:00pm. We finally get the paperwork signed and they inform us they just have to get the key and we were free to go. We waited around another 15 more minutes with no one in sight. Finally we spotted the person who was helping us and reminded them that we had an appointment they finally handed us the keys shortly after. Basically it took almost an hour and a half to get the car from the the time they told us it was ready!! It was far from ready! we had to complain the whole time before we could leave with the car! Sheesh unbelievable how disorganized it was.

FAIRE INSPECTER LA VOITURE. On a attendu trop longtemps et we are PAYING (literally) the consequences. The front brakes are at 40% and the back brakes are at 10%, on a carrement besoin de 2 nouveaux calpiner en arriere. ARNAQUE. It took 3 weeks to get the contract quand ils l'ont supposement envoyer "la semaine ou on a acheté la voiture". Spent over 4000$ on a car 4 months ago that already has 1200$ of repairs to do. They let other people test drive the car we paid cash/signed for. STAY AWAY!
