Stay away - car
I bought a car there in March 2019. All I can say is stay away. A\C was supposed to be fixed as this was part of the deal before buying the car. They promised to fix it. I brought the car back at least 5 times and they did quick fixes but did not fix the real problem as they knew it would cost too much. I was so frustrated that I ended up bringing it to my mechanic and had to pay $900 to have it repaired. They knew what was wrong but at times just filled up the freon and said it was working. Any mechanic would have known what the problem was but they chose to go cheap. Do not buy a car there.

I went there to get a car the car i found was very nice but i heard some noises when i did the road TEST so i asked the salesmen Steve about it he said oh dont worry we take the car out for an inspection & so they did they kept it for a couple of days as i was driven home after getting the car i was concerned so i told Mark you know im worried about getting this car with lots of problems of course he did what they probably always do & reassured me but that was a lie so when i picked the car up i brought it to my own mechanic to do a full inspection sure enough nothing was done, the muffler had a huge rusted hole, the back shocks were leaking it needed a wheel alignment & the two front tires are almost bald i was so disappointed worst part is Steve the sales guy called me the day after i went to choose it to reassure oh dont worry the car will be great not true @ all then i get on the phone with Cleveland there manager he refused to acknowledge the situation all he did was lie, make excuses & it turned bad i got really upset because of his lack of care for this situation then i had to go through the whole process of leaving work ( which i lose money ) drive all the way out to there service center to have to leave the car & they fix everything which should have been done in the first place then i have to leave work again to go driving in that terrible traffic again on the Met to pick the car up the only good person was Joe at the Service Center he at least was a decent person but they gave me the car back & dirt all over my front carpet all this to say after all the times THEY hung up in my face were rude all the headches & time wasted they gave me a lousy $50 wow big deal PLEASE IF YOU CAN SHOP ELSEWHERE GO RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!

I called on Friday to make sure the car was still available, and ready to try this weekend, i was told i can put a 100$ deposit to hold. I declined. However, i still wanted to make sure that considering i was coming from 2 hours away, that the car would be ready for driving trial. On Sunday I called before leaving and was told the car was still there and ready for trial. When I arrived on Sunday, the car had a slow leak on the back right tire (had been a while cause it was flat), the rep said he didn't know, plus the garage was closed so they couldn't blow it back up, so i couldn't try the car. Asked for 100$ to start the process, we didn't end up paying but did the credit check anyway as I wanted to see my approved rate (which I never got to see). We asked for prices on the extra guarantees (which was all he seemed to be able to offer us) and all the info he gave was " it could be between 1100 and 2500$ in total ". The pamphlet he showed us didn't have any prices on it either. He said nothing was negotiable here, and if I wanted winter tires I would have to drive back to Montreal come winter to install and get the tires (at 30% off) ??? We left. All in all, not interested. I'll go somewhere else, just too bad I drove 2 hrs to see a flat tire when I called twice, plus no negotiation, also considering i would have had to come back a second time to try the car (IF they had made a deal).

quand apres ta location tu as besoin de renseignement pour faire une nouvelle location dans un autre concessionnaire Ford ils ne veulent absolument pas aider. Personne ne veut te repondre. Toujours des boites vocale. Plus jamais je n'acheterais chez eux. Service tres mauvais.
after end of your rented you need information to make a new lease in another Ford dealership they absolutely do not want to help. Nobody wants to answer you. Always vocal boxes. Never again would I buy from them. Very bad service.

Avoid this place, especially a guy who says he is from Guatemala (short guy) We were in the middle of potentially buy a car for a friend and walk on us because I ask trying to deal details on a car. What's a car dealer if you cannot deal with them. This guy was unprofessional, zero client ethics, vulgar and takes what a client says to him in a personal way. If the system would aloud to put a 0 I would. Never gives your business to that salesman pretty sure H Gregoire can do better without on their team.

i just purchased a 2013 van and after driving 1500. km, I ended up staying 6 days at my own ecpense also additinal expences for the family who drove me down gas, meals and accommodations, for six days I was given excuses from them saying t h ey needed money for insurance for two months in advance which I pad, which I later found out the insurance company did not speak with them about a quote, so i guess i lost that money they ask us to meet them halfway which was 1 1/2 hour drive and was told they couldnt make it because we needed vehicle plates, so we turned back and got my plates than waited another 6/7 hours before showing up with the van..to this day I did not get my money back and /or any documents or even a bill of sale from these people,,absolutly dissatisfied with their service,

You cannot imagine how much trouble I have gotten through because of them.
I had to pay near 1000$ after 2-3 months of purchasing the car from them to fix it. When I called them to complain about the car, they hung up the phone on me.
Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them!

FAIRE INSPECTER LA VOITURE. On a attendu trop longtemps et we are PAYING (literally) the consequences. The front brakes are at 40% and the back brakes are at 10%, on a carrement besoin de 2 nouveaux calpiner en arriere. ARNAQUE. It took 3 weeks to get the contract quand ils l'ont supposement envoyer "la semaine ou on a acheté la voiture". Spent over 4000$ on a car 4 months ago that already has 1200$ of repairs to do. They let other people test drive the car we paid cash/signed for. STAY AWAY!
