Surveillez vos contrats! Ils m'ont vendu une assurance supposée obligatoire alors qu'elle était facultative et mis ce montant sur un prêt en financement. Et facturé un plan de vérification à 499$ alors que j'avais signé un refus de le prendre. Et me faire traiter de menteuse lorsque je dis qu'on m'a dit que l'assurance était obligatoire.

They wouldn't provide the maintenance history of the vehicle and stated that its as is.
I decoded to take the risk becaise it had a low mileage (80,000km) and though that it was impossible that they screw up a car on such a low mileage.
After 6 month to a year or 10,000km the car became a nightmare
From abs not working properly in the Snow
Engine dying every now and then while idle
Windows not staying closed
And the coup de grâce the accelerator throttle body failing after a cold two days
Don't buy your car from these people... Or FORCE them to give youe the maintenance history of the vehicle.

I bought my car from Auto Prix last Friday, I was very happy with it, it looks as if new. The prices are really lower than everywhere else. Daniel, the Sales Advisor there, is so patient, honest, has a pleasant smile and very well experienced. Mina is the receptionist there was so helpful, patient and knows her job very well. I highly recommend.

Bought a porsche cayenne and next day the engine kight lit and the steering wheel was shaking. 4 months later it would not start in the winter. Never returned my calls back. Lost $35k

Went there to buy a high end car and was very disappointed that our sale rep knew nothing about the car and provided us with a less then helpful service. They said certain thing would be installed in the car and they were not done. had to go back and waste another half day at the dealers!!! The employees are missed informed and told me to arrive at the dealers at 8 when the place only opened at 9 !! Overall the experience of buying a new car is confusing and stressful enough and this dealership didn't make it any easier!!!

I do not recommend such an aweful car dealer to nobody.
From the day first I am in trouble with this dealer because of their lies to every part of deal and their ultimate ignorant service and nobody cares out there.
-Too many people, but no coherence between them for just one deal.
-Cheating me on a series of 18 years old tires on a 5 year old car.
-Charging me electronic anti-rust fee for a car with rust allover the underneath the car
-Charging me by force and under obligation for an extra garanti which I tried to refuse. A garanti which I still needed to pay for resolving the check engine problem
-Having problem with check engine light from the day second and nobody is responsible and helping even with that over 3000$ of national garanti package
-3 times asking for changing the tires because tires were out of order, damaged and dangerous to use in the road
-Very rude and agressive directiry staff and not professional sellers .. All they want is just to sell with the highest price and benefits as much as possible and selling you their different kind of totally useless packages
-Keep calling, travelling to the dealer place and much more inconvenience situation which makes me feel bad even thinking about this place and their horrible behavoir

-Cheating me sur une série de pneus de 18 ans sur une voiture de 5 ans.
-Charge-moi des frais d'anti-rouille électronique pour une voiture avec de la rouille partout sous la voiture
- M'engager par la force et sous obligation pour un supplément garanti que j'ai essayé de refuser. Un garanti que je devais encore payer pour résoudre le problème du moteur de vérification
-Avec problème avec vérifier la lumière du moteur à partir du jour deuxième et personne n'est responsable et aider même avec plus de 3000 $ de paquet garanti national
-3 fois demandant de changer les pneus parce que les pneus étaient hors d'usage, endommagés et dangereux à utiliser sur la route
-Très rude et agressif directiry personnel et non vendeurs professionnels .. Tout ce qu'ils veulent, c'est juste vendre au prix le plus élevé et les avantages autant que possible et vous vendre leur différent type de paquets totalement inutiles
- Gardez l'appel, voyagez à l'endroit du concessionnaire et beaucoup plus de désagrément qui me fait me sentir mal, même penser à cet endroit et leur comportement horrible

FAIRE INSPECTER LA VOITURE. On a attendu trop longtemps et we are PAYING (literally) the consequences. The front brakes are at 40% and the back brakes are at 10%, on a carrement besoin de 2 nouveaux calpiner en arriere. ARNAQUE. It took 3 weeks to get the contract quand ils l'ont supposement envoyer "la semaine ou on a acheté la voiture". Spent over 4000$ on a car 4 months ago that already has 1200$ of repairs to do. They let other people test drive the car we paid cash/signed for. STAY AWAY!

I would STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from buying a car from H Gregoire St Eustache. I reserved a car a week ahead of time and then made an appointment to come in on Friday to trade in our car and purchase a new car. Called two days ahead to confirm that the car would be ready for pickup and was assured by the salesperson, Abdul, that it would be. Arrived at 10am everything went very smoothly, we got what we wanted for our car etc. Sales person told us they were just finishing up prepping the new car we waited an hour. After that hour he said he said it was taking a bit longer than expected to go eat lunch and come back at it would be ready to go. As we walked back in from lunch the slews person saw us and disappeared. We waited an additional 30 minutes and then waiting to be called by the person at delivery. We were getting anxious at this point because we had to pick our kids up at school in Montreal. Spoke to the woman at delivery she had never heard of us or our file. Finally the manager, Joe, came to tell us that there was NO WAY the car was going to be ready- it never was- the salesperson had lied (to what end I'm not sure). Also it turned out that we had tons of additional paperwork to complete at pickup. In the end they kept us there for 5 hours for no reason. Joe was very apologetic and assured us the car would be ready Monday. Well guess what Monday came and went and now it's Tuesday and still no car. The other manager says this type of thing never happens and we are just unlucky but judging by the volume of terrible reviews, that is not the case. Clearly this business is very comfortable lying to clients to make a sale and had no regard for people's time. The whole experience has left me feeling completely taken advantage of. I would NEVER deal with them again in the future.

i just purchased a 2013 van and after driving 1500. km, I ended up staying 6 days at my own ecpense also additinal expences for the family who drove me down gas, meals and accommodations, for six days I was given excuses from them saying t h ey needed money for insurance for two months in advance which I pad, which I later found out the insurance company did not speak with them about a quote, so i guess i lost that money they ask us to meet them halfway which was 1 1/2 hour drive and was told they couldnt make it because we needed vehicle plates, so we turned back and got my plates than waited another 6/7 hours before showing up with the van..to this day I did not get my money back and /or any documents or even a bill of sale from these people,,absolutly dissatisfied with their service,
Not expected from a certified Audi dealer - Whathappened
Saw a car on a Friday. Thought it over. Called Saturday agent's cell to discuss car as we had another in mind and hoped we could make deal on the Park Avenue one. Agent texted not open until Monday. By 1230 Monday my husband still did not receive return call. I texted agent to remind him. Finally he called my husband and they negotiated a deal just before 1700. My husband said he just would leave to go home right away and talk to me (to be sure I would be happy with this one) and then finalize in the next hour and half. By 1745 he recieved a text that the SUV was sold. No courtesy call to make him decide on spot and ask for immediate deposit. Instead just took another other offer despite all the communication we had with this person. Just a text 45 minutes from a negotiated deal. Makes me wonder if they sold the car or just wanted to back out of offer.
