The sales team are not on commission which makes a lot of sense because they are clearly not motivated to help the client. Everything is slow and no one seems bothered. I was told at least 3 times “I’m paid for…” and “I must tell you about financing even thought you don’t want it because I’m paid to do this task”. Also they were very proud of the 200 point check they do on all vehicles… the car they brought out had a flat tire, engine light on and the air con didn’t work. What do they check then? Very strange place. Pay commission and maybe the team will care more. Terrible and not recommended.

Étant de Laval, le lendemain 1h avant le rdv j'ai rappeler pour confirmer le tout et on m'a avisé qu'il n'y avait pas de problème. Arrivant sur place en stationnant mon véhicule, je croise un chauffeur jockey qui sort justement le véhicule que je venais voir. Croyant qu'il le sortait en préparation pour mon essai routier je l'interpelle et il m'avise que non, la voiture a été vendue par une autre succursale de H. Grégoire et il allait la livrer. En résumé, je me suis déplacé pour rien à part des excuses pitoyables du concessionnaire et la proposition classique du bait and switch "voulez vous voir un autre véhicule". Non merci H.G., votre service est 0/10 et n'aurez pas un sous de mon fric.
I scheduled an appointment for the purchase of a specific vehicle at a Montreal branch, scheduled for the day after the call. Being from Laval, the next day 1 hour before the appointment I called back to confirm everything and I was advised that there was no problem. Arriving there and while parking my car, I meet a jockey driver who is just taking out the car I had come to see. Believing that he was bringing it out in prep for my test drive, I happily call him out and he tells me no, the car was sold by another branch of H. Grégoire and he was delivering it there. In summary, I drove there for nothing except a pitiful apology from the dealer and the classic bait and switch proposal "do you want to see another vehicle". No thanks H.G., your service is 0/10 and you won't get a cent of my money.

Was quoted on a price for a Ford Escape and later a price on warranty. Was later told that wouldn’t be possible and to take the car as is for the price. After speaking the the Ford dealership next door, was advices not only could I be be old a warranty through them but fm at kolbec decided not to. After talking to the sales agent for clarification he insisted that we should buy the car no warranty and be happy, needless to say we backed out of this deal after learning he lied about a dentist about to avoid addressing our concerns, should up to the dealership five minutes after getting a reply text about being away at the dentist. Guy is a joker , all I can say is his reviews speak for themselves.

Saw a car on a Friday. Thought it over. Called Saturday agent's cell to discuss car as we had another in mind and hoped we could make deal on the Park Avenue one. Agent texted not open until Monday. By 1230 Monday my husband still did not receive return call. I texted agent to remind him. Finally he called my husband and they negotiated a deal just before 1700. My husband said he just would leave to go home right away and talk to me (to be sure I would be happy with this one) and then finalize in the next hour and half. By 1745 he recieved a text that the SUV was sold. No courtesy call to make him decide on spot and ask for immediate deposit. Instead just took another other offer despite all the communication we had with this person. Just a text 45 minutes from a negotiated deal. Makes me wonder if they sold the car or just wanted to back out of offer.

Ce fut ma première expérience d'acheter une voiture usagée et je dois souligner l'excellence de l'équipe Montreal Auto Prix. Que ce soit sur le produit, le service, le volet financier, tout fut simple et surtout honnête. AUCUNE surprise et de la transparence et franchise.
Ils ont fait une véritable inspection et corrigé des petits troubles que j'ai vu durant l'essaie routier sans que je le mentionne (Frein à main un peu mou). Martin a fait un suivi de ma satisfaction 1 mois après mon achat afin de s'assurer que tout est impeccable et ce fut le cas.

i just purchased a 2013 van and after driving 1500. km, I ended up staying 6 days at my own ecpense also additinal expences for the family who drove me down gas, meals and accommodations, for six days I was given excuses from them saying t h ey needed money for insurance for two months in advance which I pad, which I later found out the insurance company did not speak with them about a quote, so i guess i lost that money they ask us to meet them halfway which was 1 1/2 hour drive and was told they couldnt make it because we needed vehicle plates, so we turned back and got my plates than waited another 6/7 hours before showing up with the van..to this day I did not get my money back and /or any documents or even a bill of sale from these people,,absolutly dissatisfied with their service,

FAIRE INSPECTER LA VOITURE. On a attendu trop longtemps et we are PAYING (literally) the consequences. The front brakes are at 40% and the back brakes are at 10%, on a carrement besoin de 2 nouveaux calpiner en arriere. ARNAQUE. It took 3 weeks to get the contract quand ils l'ont supposement envoyer "la semaine ou on a acheté la voiture". Spent over 4000$ on a car 4 months ago that already has 1200$ of repairs to do. They let other people test drive the car we paid cash/signed for. STAY AWAY!

The seller was friend and really good. WILL recommand the seller. Quickly found what I didn't knew I wanted (I don't follow car much, so didn't knew what I was looking for, beside a new car). Checked a few cars, fell in love with one, but wrong color. He checked the inventory, found one that I liked! Car wasn't at that place, so had it transfered it. Got there same day, did a road test, all fine...
The financing... short story: wanted to pay half cash half financed. That end up bellow the minimum 7500$ for financing, so no. At 7500 the interrest is too high. She suggested that I fully finance, and invest the rest of the money and that will be better. WHAT? 8.something % interrest on load is better than the 1-3% of interrest I'll get from investment??? No way. Transit? 79$... Nope, I'll come take the paperwork, transfert the car and get the plate and come back. She wasn't happy with that. Protection plan? She don't know anything about the plan, what it cover, what void it (ex: installing a big subwoofer do not void anything... hello!!!). Also, lied to be when she said it was a third party that did the waranty. THEY do it! I forgot the web site (and don't have the papers on hand), but it redirect you to hgregoire.com! To sum up: she is probably paid on the financement and transit fee. But who care...
On delivery day (monday), take the car, a bit dirty but it rain, so probably just the spashing from their parking to the front of the store... I take the back roads to show it to my father, to discover there that the engine is dirty as xxxx! HECK, they didn't even sent a blast of air there! thick layer of loose dirt! NOT impressed. Comming home, I stop back at the place, ask there about the dirty motor: "it's full of electronic, we can't clean it up. If you come back tomorrow I could ask a guy to clean the plastic with a cloth. Beside the anti-rust treatment would wash away with the cleaning"... Take note that every other place WILL wash the engine to some degree. Ow well, not gonna waste more time... back to home... I feel some vibration, like an unbalanced wheel, hit trafic, slow down... Next day hit trafic to go work. Back home I feel it back. Next day I feel it. Definitivelly something wrong. When I get time I call (16:50, this is wednesday), hit answering machine. Had to hit the highway after work... No good, inspect wheels, find a dented one (it was fine when I did the road test and inspection). Hit the nearest canadian tire, They confirm the dent, and hightly unbalanced wheel due to the dent. They attempt to balance it, result: can't balance fully. Atleast the vibration is virtually gone... They call back on thuesday... Basically the guy said: "I personally tried the car, it was fine. We have no curb here and it's impossible that it got a dent here. You probably hit something." In other words: we got your cash, get lost. I make some phone calls, P. Jacques should fix it for 65-115$. Not gonna waste my time with hgreg anymore... Not worth my time, beside I know they don't care...
Few days later, I check the hugge trunk, the cleaning could have been made better but it's acceptable... Fold the rear seats... Move the carpet that hide the spare tire... wait... what's there? In the fold of the seat... DOG COOKIES!!! like 15 or so of them! That mean they didn't even vaccumed there!... Ok... Go on the rear seat to lift it back in place... bit of dried mud on the plastic... they didn't cleaned it well... A few other place wasn't well cleaned...
TL;DR: Saleman was nice, Financing was ok, cleaning was bad, they dented a mag during the preparation, blamed me, no fix from them, have to pay from my own pocket.
P.S. The car might also have been mislisted. I found the previous owner registrations. Number compagny, a quebec inc. Also found a Discount car rental business card in the glove box. Was it really a personal car? or a rental? Is carfax really trustable?

Went there to buy a high end car and was very disappointed that our sale rep knew nothing about the car and provided us with a less then helpful service. They said certain thing would be installed in the car and they were not done. had to go back and waste another half day at the dealers!!! The employees are missed informed and told me to arrive at the dealers at 8 when the place only opened at 9 !! Overall the experience of buying a new car is confusing and stressful enough and this dealership didn't make it any easier!!!
