Not a very customer centric experience. I have driven an SUV for over 15 years. I asked for an SUV loaner. For the 2nd time in 3 visits I was given a sedan. I Returned the car within 1 hour I have driven an SUV for over 15 years. I asked for an SUV loaner. For the 2nd time in 3 visits I was given a sedan. I Returned the car within 1 hour as the low seat hurt my back so much. I booked my appointment over ONE month ago and as I was leaving I was told an SUV could never be guaranteed . Funny. I drive an SUV and OVER 50% of vehicles on the road are SUV’s. Waiting area is very sparse. All the surfaces in the waiting area are hard. There is NO comfortable seating. I discern from this that customer comfort is not a concern. I had to ask for a coffee pod as they are locked up. Do they not trust the Customers or the employees? When I was leaving, I was told by Eric that the reason the PODS are locked up is because that they don’t trust the employees. Overall the WORST customer car waiting room experience. They should read “Customers For Life” by Carl Sewell. A classic that’s probably over 30 Years old. That’s how you treat customers. It’s not rocket science. It’s showing some interest. Do you want a customers business Only today or always? If the answer is always . Then act like it. That s why there is competition and why competition is impactful. More
