I had a freak incident on my 2011 XC90 where it required a new horn. Both Volvo of Canada and this particular dealership handled it extremely well. Very courteous, attentive and prompt service. I had multiple awful experiences at Volvo of Oakville, but the experience here was night and day. I'll be coming back here for routine maintenance and repairs.
White Oaks and Tim make a bad day better! - grant123
We had a bit of a bump with our Lincoln during a snow storm. Our insurance company recommended White Oaks Collision and right from the first call Tim took care of us! Tim arranged for a tow, all reporting, rental car and shuttle. I thought, wow that was easy! The repairs on the vehicle come with a warranty and Tim was diligent in following up to be sure we were happy and pleased with the work White Oaks had done. We did have some concerns along the way which may happen after a collision however, Tim was quick to uncover the concern and go above and beyond in correcting any issues including arranging for a rental car then, when the repairs were complete, Tim personally drove to my work to swap out the rental for our car! Finally we had an outstanding tire issue which needed to be corrected but we were in no rush. Tim however, proactively contacted us to follow up and ensure the repairs were compete. Tim again arranged everything we needed including making sure the insurance company connected with us as well. Excellent Job Tim! We will certainly recommend White Oaks Collision to everyone!

They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

I've been a service customer there for many years, but lately the quality has gone way down. I brought in my Volvo with intermittently working air conditioning. The mechanic wanted to replace the compressor, which needed to be ordered, taking a couple of weeks. Instead of topping up the system while waiting for parts, and wIthout my authorization, they made the system completely non-operational. "Government regulations"! Had I not brought the car in for servicing, the slow leak would have continued, but because I wanted it repaired, they couldn't allow it to work while waiting for parts they don't stock! When I called to complain, the service advisor had nothing helpful to suggest, and when I wrote the General Manager, I received no answer - they did not feel it necessary to even acknowledge my complaint! I will be taking my business away from Volvo. It seems satisfying the paying customer is not their priority anymore.

My 2016 Hyundai Elantra was in a minor accident (front bumper and fog lights), my dealership recommended the Collision Centre. The Insurance appraiser looked at my car on a Thursday afternoon, the parts were ordered, came in on Monday and I had my car back Wednesday!They even detailed the inside of my car! Mauro was friendly, courteous, great customer service! I would definately recommend them!

I have two Volvos and love them. This is my local dealer so I tried to buy my second volvo but the sales woman tried to sell me her demo that had a lean on it. The service managers are extremely rude, know very little about cars, and will try to scam you like many others in this thread have stated. Please stay away. I don't have enough space to discuss all the issues.

I will NEVER trust their pricing again after their Quicklane Service tried to charge me double!! Although I had heard negative things, I have dealt with Highland Ford and their Quicklane Service for the last 8 years and was content...until this year.
When I called the Highland Ford Quicklane Service, they made an appt and when I showed up, they said I had no appointment (I thought it was odd that I asked "don't you want my name" when making the appt). They took the vehicle anyways and when I picked up, tried to CHARGE ME ALMOST DOUBLE!!! When I spoke up and asked about the pricing, the individual (believe it is the new manager) first mentioned an even higher price, then put in the right price ($78.) with no apology. I asked why he tried to charge me $130, I was told "miscommunication". Really? Miscommunication trying to charge customers double, then raising the price again before putting in the right amount.
I went over and reported to Highland Ford service manager (highland Ford owns this Quicklane). I also wrote to the dealership owner and informed Highland Ford on their "follow up call to rate the service".
Guess what I have heard back from the owner or dealership...NOTHING!!
I will NEVER buy a vehicle here as they clearly dont appear concerned with customer feedback or their own people attempting to charge customers double for service so what does that say about their pricing?
Buyer BEWARE...I now believe what others have told me....I CAN'T recommend them as I no longer trust them or their prices!!!
Two more times readjustment for the replaced brakes - jiang123
I would like to share my mysterious experience here to see if anybody can help me to solve this issue.
According to their recommendation, the whole brake system of my Volvo XC90 was replaced at this workshop. After driving back home, we found the E brake did not function. I sent an email to the workshop and requested to get the problem fixed the following day since we are going to travel afterwards. We sent the car back to the workshop the next day and the E brake was readjusted to fix this problem. In the morning of the third day, we drove about 20 minutes in the city of London and then entered highway 401. After driving about 10 km on the highway, we heard some strange noises and felt the violent vibration and the car was like driving on a very bumpy road. We had to pull over our car. I realized some burning smell coming out from the right rear wheel. I attempted to use my finger to touch the right rear disc and found it was super hot to burn my finger. However, the other three discs are just gently warm and I can put my fingers on them without any un-comfortability. I called Volvo London and talked with the lady named Ruth. After I described the problem to her and reminded her that my car's brakes were just replaced. She definitely said that something got stuck on my car's rear right wheel and it was nothing related to the car's brakes. I told her that my car's brakes were just replaced at your workshop. She said "it is nice". I have to say she was very rude this time even though she sometimes behaves ok. I am just curious should the so called service advisor behave in this way when the customer desperately needs help? Then I requested to talk with the service department manager. I described the problem to him and he confirmed that this phenomenon was not normal. He suggested me to call roadside assistance to get my car back to the workshop. After my car was towed back, I also talked with the service manager in person and he confirmed again that the phenomenon I described was not normal. They promised me to check it and sent me back home. In the late afternoon, they sent my car back home and an invoice report as well. Mysteriously, they did not report anything wrong. I have communicated with Volvo Canada and they confirmed all the parts consumed on my car are certified to defect free. Then the question is: what caused the malfunction of my car's brakes on highway? I could not get any reasonable explanation from the workshop. Who can help me to explain what happened?
