Tim and the team at white oaks auto all feel the same way, strong nature , honest and all around feel good humans. Which in any industry these days is hard to find let alone the car world. 2020 has been hard and to be met with the level of kindness and decency that I’ve received at this shop is just just a reminder that amazing people still work in business around me.
I’ve received help on multiple occasions now and always absolutely pristine work completed.

Two cars serviced here for years. After new ownership took over the turnover in staff was frequent and service went downhill. So disappointed I’m giving up on the dealership, the Volvo brand after a lifetime of loyalty, and purchasing two new cars elsewhere. It’s really that bad!

Not happy with either the service or sales department when the car broke on the 3rd of ownership. Un-driveable at this time.
Volvo XC60 Hybrid T8 Inception and on the 3rd day the wipers don't work, the turn signals don't work, and the 12V system is non-operational.
For a very safe vehicle this is unacceptable.
Several calls to the dealership and still no reply, on lunch or away from the office and the vehicle is un-driveable.
NOT happy with any of this experience so far. I will update this IF the dealership steps up their game.

This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership

I am so upset about my experience at Volvo of Toronto, I felt the need to share my experience.
I take care of a luxury residence and with that its cars. I deal with several dealerships in the city, including Acura across the parking lot. This year a Volvo was added to the car list.
i was spoken down to in their service department and my Input was dismissed upon arrival. They spoke to me as if I had no idea what I was doing and took poor care of the car. (It’s not my car! And I was there for that very reason - to take care of it) they pointed my nose at all it’s problems like I was some spoiled brat. I work for these people and I need the car fixed! They drive in the mud and yes it hurts the car I’m here to get it fixed. They dismissed my comments about the mud and insisted that because I drove with a flat tire (again - I explained I was not involved) that the tire had to be replaced and it would take 2 days. They refused to check the car on the road and gave the car back with new wheel and the car still shook violently on the road after I left. Their excuse for not checking if they fixed the car - was that they had “told” me it could be mud. And that I should take better care of the car. I was at the service centre trying to take care of the car! It was just insane and their inability to stop and listen to the words I was saying was something out of a comedy sketch about men mansplaining to women.
In general - Of all my experiences in home maintenance dealing with trades and men all the time, this was the most stereotypical bad experience of my career. I would strongly advise any women to steer clear and try to find a service dealer who is able to listen and contribute to a constructive conversation without blaming the client. Sajid was lovely but didn’t follow through with testing the car like he promised before I picked it up, causing the problem. Lee was terrible at mediating and making it right without blaming his client when it was an obvious oversight of his department.

Expect the worse if you require after sales service if you buy a used Volvo from this dealership! My father purchased a used S60, Gary was his best friend...until he needed help with servicing the car! He did not return his calls and the service department tried to take advantage of a 82 year old customer. Probably fine if you buy new, but don't expect honest service if you buy used!!!
