The Sales Manager who was also instrumental in our last purchase there (a CHR) gave me a substantial discount. I have nothing but praises for this dealership - I had to wait for the vehicle but they told me that up front (due to all chip problem, etc.) and I was fine with. Love my Taco, the wait was worth it. Kudos to the sales Team. I will be coming again soon.

I used to this dealership service before but stopped for couple of incidents. 2 years ago I took my car for oil change and inspections. I remembered that I have malfunctioning and broken windshield but forgot to tell them. I assumed that they will inspect and change it. However, they reported all inspected and fixed but when I got home it was not fixed even not checked. Another incident. I found only one screw used under car for protection shield, They need properly fasten all screws. Last incident was price matching. I got quote that I need to pay 450$ to spare part and to get it fixed. By chance I got it checked in another place and it was fixed for 70$. I stayed away for a while, however, I came back again for recall issues. Recall problem was resolved but after 2 days I got a couple indicator light on. Engine and slip indicator and AWD indicator. When I go there and after couple couple days and weeks I get problem. ,, Now, I have to get it fixed somewhere. I assume something wrong there.

We bought our first Toyota from Weitzes in 2009. We took it there for all our service and were always satisfied. In June 2021 we bought another car, this time from Thornhill Toyota. The sales experience was excellent. Our first service appointment was Dec. 1st. It was my first time taking a car to be serviced. This was always my husband's job, but in August he became seriously ill, and no longer able to drive. Service rep, Bob, promised the car would be ready in 90 minutes, so I decided to stay and wait. Other dealerships have free shuttle service. Why doesn't TH? I had to wait 2 and a half hours for my car to be ready, all the while worried about my sick husband home alone.
I called and left a message for the service manager, but nobody called back. Very disappointed for a first experience.

The technician didn't put the bolt back in again on the front right tire.
When I took it to my mechanic to get my tires checked, he noticed it. He told me I could have gotten into serious accident.
Previous to that, they filled my tires with air but forgot to put the caps back on again. Definitely not going back there ever.

Be weary if you are female don't go to this dealership as they are sexiest. The service department is chauvinistic and disrespectful to women. I have been going here for years with my 5runner and have received sub part services from the service department which my ex husband has never received....Always blaming the customer for thier incompetence. I went in for my winter tire installetion at 8 am and by 4h30 pm nothing had been done and the service rep called to say my wheel nuts where not in vehicle so could not do work and closing in 30 minutes. I proceeded to explain where they were located and was told no they were not there which was not the case. I waisted 2 hours of my work day going back and forth to this dealership for a service that was not rendered. Within 5 seconds of arriving I had located the nuts in the exact location as to where I said they were. Now they were closed and could not do the service and they refused to give me my keys until I pay for something I was not provided. I proceeded to ask to speak to manager and was told everyone was gone for the day! How ridiculous. I called next day several time and was told this was all my fault and the service person Tony clearly lied to me on the phone. Did not nothing to fix the issue. I proceeded to call again and request to speak to manager and Tony said he is very busy and probably would not call me back. What kind ve customer service is that! Its disappointing as I go there due to my warranty but I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is unfortunately not the first time i have been treated like this here or asked to speak to my "husband".

Extremely SLOW service. Brought my vehicle in for oil change and break fluid flush at 10:30AM. The service wasn’t started until 1:30PM. The vehicle was released at 6:00PM. Manager Tony came up with a handful of excuses of why it was so slow, didn’t take ownership of the slow service, didn’t offer a discount for the excessive time it took.

To Keep away. Went for first check up and replaced the air filter at 15k just to charge something. 3 weeks after my last tire rotation los 2 nuts on 1 tire. Had to stop on highway and pull one nut off another tire to keep going since car was shaking. I decided to the oil change myself after my plan was over and there was not even a washer in the bolt. Great salesman person though but keep away from all their extras, Toyota’s do not need it.
