We've been having our 2009 Sienna serviced at Exeter for 7 years now. Many friends and neighbors in London recommended Exeter over the two city dealerships. I quickly learned why. The staff are fantastic and treat you and your car as if it was their own. I've never been surprised by a high bill, and now with 270,000 km, I am happy to say my maintenance costs have only included brakes, tires, and oil changes. The van still runs like the day it was purchased. I am loyal to Toyota and Exeter for after sale service. I will however drive this Sienna as long as it continues to run so well, and definitely purchase our next Toyota in Exeter. The service staff always greet you by name, and it's a pleasure to deal with Exeter Toyota.

Hello, I just brought my 2012 Corolla s to have the airbag recall done. The service advisor Howard Schonberger was very informative and polite, he explained what was going to be done to my car, and how long it would take. They even sprayed the door hinges and washed the vehicle for me. I dealt with other dealerships and never had service and informative service manager like Howard. I would definitely bring my vehicle back again and would consider even buying a vehicle from them. Excellent service and excellent staff at Richmond Hill Toyota.

Last Friday, my car failed to start. I had to request someone for a boost to my battery to get it started. Once that was done, I called Milton Toyota to enquire if I could take my car to them immediately to have the battery replaced. They were fully booked with appointments that day! However, when I was connected to Jitesh Mistry, upon hearing my dilemma, he told me to bring my car and he will arrange for it to be serviced! I was extremely relieved!
I drove immediately to Milton Toyota. Jitesh arranged for the battery to be replaced and I was very happy.
Jitesh has always treated me with great respect and courtesy. He is a fine gentleman and I like dealing with him. He is an asset to your Service Centre!

I went for a recall (fuel pump replacement) Mr Rajendra Dannie (received my car and told me it was going to be done, never mentioned anything about toddler seats..).. when I got the car back They told me they could not replace it, because I had toddler seats.. I was never told to take out the seats!!! Not even when he recieved tge car!!
And when I tried to make an appointment and telling him how difficult it was for me to take my car to the dealer ship, Mr. Rajendra Dannie told me to go some where else!!

I've had my car serviced there for 20+ years now. There have been a few instances where I wasn't pleased, but overall, I would say I trust them (well I've been going there a long time). I don't feel they did unnecessary work, or tried to cheat me on something. A few times I've gone in and they've sent me elsewhere (like a muffler or body shop) because it's not their area, which I appreciate.

I’m a bit disappointed with the way they updated me of the status of my vehicle being serviced. I brought my car at 8a.m. but until 12 noon, no update yet. Then by 12:03 pm, I called them up and asked the status. I was able to speak with Bryan, he said he called me but no incoming call registered in my phone. I asked him why they did not call my name, since I’m at the waiting lounge.
The time stamped at end of invoice indicated 09:39 am.
I bought the car at this dealership and bring my other Toyota vehicle here for maintenance as well.
Hope that customer handling will be better next time around.

February 7, 2020. RedHill Toyota goes above and beyond!!! Pulled off QEW at Guelph Line as wipers broke and roads were wet. Driving from Grimsby, I pulled into Burlington Toyota dealership hoping someone could help me as this was a safety issue and I was unable to drive to Mississauga. I was turned away as the 2 service advisors indicated there were no mechanics in. This was at 7:30 a.m. The 2 service advisors did not even take a look at the car to see if it was a simple fix. They said they couldn’t help me or do anything. I made the decision to circle back to my dealership, RedHill Toyota in Stoney Creek and although they were not open, the service advisor, Heather, at RedHill immediately was willing to help. I always receive 5 star service at RedHill Toyota. They care about Toyota owners and this is very much appreciated. Burlington Toyota you should be ashamed! What if this situation ended in an accident? You could have helped! Thank you RedHill Toyota and especially Heather for caring!!!

I just had my two Toyota vehicles in for their usual required maintenance and as usual I was happy with the service received. My 2015 Scion was serviced in October and my 2010 Tacoma was just done yesterday. Both advisors were great, Linda Taylor looked after my Scion XB and Dan Schwieg took care of the Tacoma. Everything was done well and exactly as I wanted. Both were wait appointments and the wait was perfectly okay as well. Nobody minds waiting for great service like this. It is nice to be able to relax now with peace of mind until next spring. Just wanted to thank the team at Tony Graham again and I will see you again next spring sometime as usual. We really like Jim Kelman and bought all our vehicles through him. The service was always honest, and any repairs that could wait, did wait, upon the advice of the service managers. I cannot comment on the cost, because I find it difficult to compare. On several occasions I asked for a specific thing, and the service manager told me that the service was unnecessary, for various reasons. I shall always buy Toyotas. I took over the ownership of another make from a family member 5 years ago, and am much less satisfied with the service department pertaining to that car's dealership.

We have two sets of tires winter and summer on own rims and I do the swap each and every year myself so I know the nuts all too well but that changed after the thieve mechanic swapped the nuts with his own damaged ones from using them on bearing hub puller most likely and thought " who's gonna find out ???" And not only that but the fuse for the OBD2 diagnostic plug in is also " missing" all of sudden after car came back from Markville Toyota !!!

He worked on some numbers and presented some great options for one of the vehicles we were targeting. I was very impressed by the cool and relaxed vibe at the dealership. He made every effort to try and get the best deal possible for us and his honesty about the financing aspect was quite refreshing.
