We've been having our 2009 Sienna serviced at Exeter for 7 years now. Many friends and neighbors in London recommended Exeter over the two city dealerships. I quickly learned why. The staff are fantastic and treat you and your car as if it was their own. I've never been surprised by a high bill, and now with 270,000 km, I am happy to say my maintenance costs have only included brakes, tires, and oil changes. The van still runs like the day it was purchased. I am loyal to Toyota and Exeter for after sale service. I will however drive this Sienna as long as it continues to run so well, and definitely purchase our next Toyota in Exeter. The service staff always greet you by name, and it's a pleasure to deal with Exeter Toyota.

Reacenty I took my 2012 Rave 4 in for service . While I was there I decided to take a look at the vehicle inventory for a trade up. I was introduced to Rashid. Having never purchased a vehicle on my own I was nervous and hesitant. I quickly realized that Rashid was not going to push me into purchasing anything that I was not 100 percent sure of. He diligently answered all of my questions and concerns . Most importantly he didn’t rush me and allowed me to take as much time as needed to make a decision without the pressure associated with most dealerships. In the end I decided to purchase and picked up my new Rave 4 two days later. I was then happy to see Rashid was in contact with me the next day to make sure I was 100 percent happy with my purchase. Let me be frank here: I have generally avoided having work done at a dealership. It has typically been very expensive, and often unsatisfactory. In fact, my previous experience with dealerships had been so negative that it had been years since I had any regular maintenance done by any dealer. That all changed today! I will be going back to Georgetown Toyota to have all my service done. Heather was extremely helpful as my main contact person, and she took great care of me. She also got my 2005 Prius into the skilled hands of Victor Santos, who did excellent, quality work. My car drives like she did when she was new! I took my new car to another dealer for its second service oil change and was given a very inappropriate inspection. I had a Verry big suspicion that this TOYOTA dealer was giving me a run arround. I wanted a second opinion from another TOYOTA service center. Meadowvale put me at ease and proved my suspicion.

Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

Airbag recall for my 2007 Toyota Corolla LE - whipper
My first visit to Stouffville Toyota for airbag recall on my 2007 Toyota Corolla. I was greeted by John and he was a very friendly service representative. He explained the process and invited me into the waiting room where I was treated to coffee and cookies. I told a tour of the vehicles inside the show room and was impressed with the cars and cleanliness of the whole facilities include service. The installation took less time than expected and I was on my way. This is our first Toyota purchased private and my wife and I are very impressed with the overall performance of the car and great gas mileage. At this point, when we are in need of another vehicle we certainly will seriously consider another Toyota. When I mentioned to my local repair mechanic he said that he has heard nothing but good comments re Stouffville Toyota.

We really like Jim Kelman and bought all our vehicles through him. The service was always honest, and any repairs that could wait, did wait, upon the advice of the service managers. I cannot comment on the cost, because I find it difficult to compare. On several occasions I asked for a specific thing, and the service manager told me that the service was unnecessary, for various reasons. I shall always buy Toyotas. I took over the ownership of another make from a family member 5 years ago, and am much less satisfied with the service department pertaining to that car's dealership.

I have no real problem with this dealership. I live about 2 hours away, came here because my local dealer couldn’t be bothered to reply to calls and emails. Have dealt with these folks since 2017, and am due to either lease or buy another in 2020. I will definitely be back for my next Toyota.

Stopped by see if I could schedule an appointment for a tune up. Service bays were empty and no one customers were at the service desk. I was told by the service representative that I would have to wait an hour before they would even talk to me because he was too busy. Yelled at me that I should have called ahead to make an appointment.

Not very satisfied with repair service - Wayne
I had my Sienna passenger side sliding door serviced to replace the entire cable/sensor/motor assembly. When I picked it up it was later in the day so I didn't spent time to thoroughly test the fix before checking it out. As soon as I got home, I found the fixed door produced more noise at opening. I had to visit the dealership again. The service persons were helpful, they cleaned up the lock on the door and the noise went away. I am thankful to their help but feel that this type of checking/cleaning could have been done prior to release the vehicle after the fix.
In around a week, the same door failed to latch completely when it is in open position. I had to visit the shop again. The service manager I first talked to told me that I can drop off the car for a check since it was under the service warranty. But when I came in the next day, surprise to me, I was told this was not related to the door service that cost me $1000+ Plus tax. I had to pay a separate diagnose fee again. I feel over-charged and have doubt about the service/technical quality. Since the overall service was to make the door work properly, if a thorough checking and testing had been done during and after the process, all these issues would be discovered and fixed in one shot. But it didn't in this case.

I don't write reviews. But this is my second time I feel compelled to write something about this place. I have been going to this dealership ever since I purchased my car in Jan 2017. It's a Lexus and not a vehicle they typically sell or service. From day 1, they have been the most friendly, knowledgeable and honest group of people I have ever come across dealing with my vehicles. They go out of their way to get things done. They have been exceptional. And not just one person. Collectively as a group. They are awesome. They raise the standard in the car dealership industry for service!
