I recently bought a 2022 Toyota Corolla XLE from my salesperson Alicia. She did a wonderful job in making my purchase go smoothly. Can't say enough good stuff about the staff I dealt with there. This has to be the worst dealership I have every attended for service. The advisors know nothing and are completely resistant to telling you anything when you get there or when you call back. They don't call you back when your vehicle is ready for pick up. If it is warranty work and they don't have the parts, they don't tell you when they will come, and they do not follow up with information. My truck has been waiting for a turbo waste gate now for 2.5 weeks and I have not received a single call back from my service advisor. In addition, it was in for service for and electrical issue. They forgot to put a ground strap back on. No big deal, things happen. When it was in for the waste gate I told them that wire was not connected and that they should put it back on. It was not done. It is very clear that this is not a very good dealership to have work done and I would imagine that a dealership would want service work. Silly me. I would have given them zero stars but that is not possible. Stay away. Belleville Toyota will get the work from now on. More
I recently bought a used 2018, RAV4 and my experience was very good from beginning to end. Alicia, salesperson, initiated phone contact by message but didn’t push me. She just let me know she’d be available if I found anything I was interested in. After a few weeks I inquired about the used vehicles and she was happy to give me the info needed. When I requested an appointment it was set up for my convenience and I never felt she was pressuring me throughout the experience. Once I’d made my decision to purchase, I spoke to Josh Murray regarding a trade in on my RAV4. After a price was agreed upon, I met the sales manager, Mike Neville, who was helpful, answered all my questions and did the paperwork for the purchase. In all these meetings I had my grandchildren with me and the receptionist, Laura, chatted and amused them, including an ice cream treat, while we did the paperwork with Mike. I was truly grateful to her for her kindness and thoughtfulness. My experience in the service department hasn’t always been positive in the 14 years + that I’ve dealt with this dealership but this transaction was very good. All the staff that assisted me, Alicia, Josh, Mike and Laura, were extremely thoughtful and helpful. Thank you to you all. I would recommend, and buy again from this dealership. More

I could go line by line on all the things my car supposedly needed after 4 (!) months and less than 2,000 km- from spark plugs to the four “ bald” tires I “needed”.( Interestingly, there was no tread depth given on the technician work order just a check under no tread) That and the fact that one tire is less than 1 year old and less than 2,000 new km. I can clearly see the tread is fine ….I let them change the 12 volt battery from their list as it is 8 years old and the technician returned the car for pick up without resetting any of the dash visuals. General knowledge is that electronics need a reset after a battery installation. Just sloppy work and no one overseeing their work sheet. Took my car to another mechanic from the Toyota yard and they just shook their heads looking at the recommendations and explained ‘flat rate mark up sales’ to me in the auto industry. I had asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not in. No phone call later. After service with Kingston Toyota since 1989 I am not returning. More
