Thanks to my Sales Friend John Toyotaman Turco who arranged for their Service Department, Vanessa, to pick up my two Toyota vehicles for service and cleaning from my home and returned to me. This was a major convenience as I travel a great deal for business. They never hesitated to say yes and make it happen with care and freiendliness even with the bad snow weather.

"Awesome service when I needed it"

I was having problems with my brakes right in the middle of winter tire season. When I called the dealer they advised at least a week to get in. I told them the car was not safe to drive. They told me bring it over and leave it and we will fit in when we can. They went above and beyond and called me the next morning with all the bad news. Got all the repairs done and my 2005 Matrix is running like brand new. Great job all!

"The First Bad Experience with Toyota Cambridge!"

I did all the maintenance that was required for my Tundra 2010 at the dealership. So far everything was fine until the dealer replaced the winter tires . After a while I heard some sort of noise that sounds like a washing machine. I checked everything. When I checked the wheels, the bolts were unscrewed so much that they were almost off completely. The wheel was holding on with only two screws, and those two screws weren't that tight either, you could have tightened them with your hand easily. I checked all the bolts for all four wheels and almost all of them weren't tight enough. This service was very disappointing and who knows what could have happened if the wheel came off.

"Slow service. "

Employee was rude on phone when inquiring about appointment. Oil change and fluid check took two hours. No Reason was given for the delay. Car was washed. Poorly. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

"Very Bad Experience"

I switched all season tires to snow tires for Honda Civic since 2015. I wanted to change to snow tires at different shop last month. But they can't do it, because Cambridge toyota technican change the toyota wheel lock on my Honda car. I made an appointment to fix this problem and the reception said the early date is Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017 and asked to drive in to make sure the part and tool availabel. I did that. That's OK. Every Body made mistakes. The worst thing is that when I come to change the nuts, they said they have 100% confidence that their technican didn't make that mistake. And ask to pay the cost of the NUTS. Rediculous. Very Very Bad Service. Never go there again

"Takes too long for a simple oil change"

Have always had my 2005 matrix serviced here. Last visit was a simple oil change and made an appt.took over an hour and I had to go and ask how much longer and my keys were sitting on the desk. Then it took 20 mins to do the paper work. Was told we get a survey and to fill it out. Never did get the survey. It was my day off work and wasted a good chunk of my day just to get an oil change
