Recently my Rav4's warning lights all came on and just kept cycling through each and every one of them. This was just before the Labor Day long weekend. The worse time for this to happen since the service kept cycling through each and every one of them. This was just before the Labor Day long weekend. The worse time for this to happen since the service department was definitely swamped. Not an issue I had it towed in and as always Kenny Santana put my mind at ease yes I had to wait for parts to arrive but he kept me informed every step of the way. Kenny takes time to get to know his clients and keeps in touch with phone calls and provides easy text access to him. Could not ask for anything more. I am looking forward to seeing him again mid October for my winter tune-up and winter tire swap. Can't say that I have had better service anywhere else. More

In this meeting he wanted to make sure all the tees were crossed and all the iiii's were dotted to ensure once the request for wire transfer goes to our bank that there are no discrepancies that could cause a delay in finalizing the purchase with Jackson Toyota and the Bank in which we use. After that was done he explained all the aspects of the purchase and answered any questions that we might have had. My wife and I were both extremely impressed with his knowledge base and not once did he say "I don't know", or "I'll get back to you on that question". He definitely knows his business and that makes us very happy customers. He also introduced a series of service packages. Romik is a man that makes sure all aspects of the sale are in good working order. Not once did he make my wife or myself feel uncomfortable, and no question was a stupid question. Then, only about a month later, an incredible bit of luck happened: the exact Corolla Cross Hybrid SE I had ordered became available because of a cancellation. JP immediately reached out to me and asked if I would be interested and able to arrange delivery for Monday. JP and the team at Jackson Toyota worked with me to make everything come together very quickly, and instead of potentially waiting many months, I was able to take delivery of exactly the vehicle I wanted only about a month after ordering it. I genuinely appreciate the effort that went into making that happen. What impressed me most about JP, though, was the service he provided before I even placed the order.
