Additionally, I was pressured into paying $380 for Roof Rack Cross Bars, which I later discovered were not even installed upon returning to collect my car, necessitating an additional four-hour trip. Furthermore, I was surprised to be charged for parking upon releasing my vehicle, as this fee was not disclosed to me at any point during the transaction. Improved communication regarding service timelines and additional charges would greatly enhance the customer experience at [business name]. More
I don't normally like to give negative reviews but these guys really deserve it. My son and I went in last April to purchase a brand new Toyota Corolla. Their salesman Bill indicated that it could take up to 8 months to receive it. We had heard about the supply chain issue so we thought no problem. During that time we heard very little from them. At the beginning of December I saw a review on their website where a customer got the same car less the sunroof in 2 months! We have been waiting 8 months and still didn't receive the car. I get that it wasn't the exact same car however it would have been nice if Bill could of given us the heads up that it was coming and given us the option since we had been waiting so long. Anyway we cancelled the deal and went elsewhere and got the car within a week. Don't waste your time with these guys. They are a joke and don't give a dam about customers! More
The maintain their high star rating by asking customers who are not happy to please not return and they delete your account. Found another dealer. Bought my 2023 Camry at Jackson's. What a huge mistake. First off, the agent made all kinds of promises he never kept. After closing the deal (no car yet) I was taken to an office nearby where the pressure began to get useless extended warranties. Refused them all! At long last, my car was delivered, yet another frustrating experience I will not go into. By the way, take a GOOD look at your invoice before you commit! You will notice a charge for the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection). Mine was $1017 + taxes. They will NEVER tell you the truth about what this is for. I suspect they look at the tires, check the horn, lights and VERY LITTLE else. I leave it to you to figure out the hourly rate this is costing you! In short, if you have a burning desire to get ripped of, that's the place to go! Good luck, you'll need it!!! More

Although it was an extremely long wait (15 months) to get my car, I got exactly what I ordered and the wait, so far, was worth it. This time leaving the dealership I had a really good understanding of all o my car, I got exactly what I ordered and the wait, so far, was worth it. I would have loved to support local as I am from Barrie and purchase a new vehicle from here but they do not support the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Company employee discount anymore. My dad worked at the Toyota factory making vehicles for over 30 years as a supervisor and we have had good experiences purchasing two vehicles at Jackson's Toyota before with this discount. We were TOLD in person 4 weeks ago that this letter was going to be accepted. When Andrew Black called me he told me the letter was accepted until I told him Anthony Casey said it wasn't. Clearly there was miscommunication among the sales team which impacts the experience of the customer negatively. How can this change in 4 weeks from accepting our discount to not accepting it? So now I've had to travel 2 HOURS from home to purchase a vehicle. I get that inventory is low, but everything is done by "orders" at a dealership anyways. I am one customer that is asking for this on one specific vehicle, what difference does ONE order make. I also feel distressed because I feel gossiped about, a manager at Jackson’s Toyota called another dealership where I have an order asking if I indeed had an order with them, when I already told Jackson’s Toyota that I did. Why would I lie? I cried because I feel violated from this. We're all pretty disappointed that it is not being accepted and no longer plan on purchasing a vehicle here ever again or bring our vehicles here for service. More
