My daughter was buying her first car, and we had the pleasure of dealing with Kelvin. If you want great service ask for him! I've bought a lot of cars in my life and Kelvin was by far the best salesperson I've dealt with. He went out of his way to make my daughter comfortable with the purchase. I would absolutely buy a car from him again. He really came through.

As always the team at BMW Durham did everything perfectly. They squeezed me into their schedule despite not having a prior appointment as the vehicle began spewing blue smoke. I came in with the car on a flat bed and I was provided with a loaner. The next morning the problem was corrected, and despite my concerns as to how oil was getting into the combustion process, Bill found a PCV valve which was recalled and replaced it and I was on my way again within hours!

Our first service was putting winter tires on which was quick and accommodating to our schedule. Thank you Jeff and Dylan for making my daughter safe and happy !

I was aware this dealership didn't have a great reputation in the past, but I have found it absolutely excellent (I think it has had new ownership since before I dealt with them). Fernando Transmundi has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I've also found their service to be honest and reliable. I had purchased some additional insurance coverage for my leased vehicle, and they took care of a very nasty door ding under that coverage--which was greatly appreciated, bc I didn't even realize it would be covered, and just asked them to price the repair out of curiosity before I took it elsewhere! I'd definitely purchase from them again, as they've been a pleasure.
