My right rear lights went out all of a sudden all at the same time & I needed to have my airbags replaced. My check engine light was on as well. (for the last 4 yrs). I asked them to see if they could find the cause of the problem (& they did). They solved the problem. (2 other dealerships:COURTESY & APPLEWOOD & my regular mechanic couldn't). I will be taking my 10 YEAR OLD SATURN there for all repairs & maintenance from now on. I'm keeping the old girl & Addison is going to take care of her until her final day.

I spoke with the service Manager Tony Fazzina , and he arranged to have the vehicle repaired at a very reasonable price, provided a loaner car, and provided excellent service. Coming from Mississauga, I must have passed 6+ GM/Chevy Dealerships and Service Centers on the way to Forbes Motors.
I was referred to Forbes Motors in one of the Corvette clubs and was told that if I ever needed warranty work or service to only go to Forbes and have Brady work on the vehicle.
Brady took his time working on my vehicle, explaining what he was doing and how it was going to either change, improve or resolve the issues I was having with my Corvette Grand Sport.

Our 2013 Chevrolet Equinox broke down in Florida on January 29 2018 and had to be towed to Dyer Chev, Vero Beach. They initially said that the work would be completely covered with the 5 year/100,000 mile warranty. This was for a defective transfer case that deteriorated from the inside out and had to be replaced. The vehicle had 48,243 miles on it. Dyer Chev. changed their mind and told us that it would cost us between $ 2,000.00-$ 3,000.00 American dollars.
Taylor Automotive staff were right there to completely assist us in any way possible. Their Goodwill assistance plan came through after we returned to Canada and gave them the defective part.
Excellent, friendly, professional staff, and would recommend dealing with Taylor Auto for both sales and service.

I have been dealing with Leggat for 30 years or more. This is fourth car, that I have had serviced at Leggat, and it is because of the Service Advisors that I have dealth with. There is bond that has been established with the Service Advisors. Onn Monday, Jan 14th, 2018, I took my car in for regular maintenance. It was a little overdue. I dealt with Julian Lavalle (Customer Service Advisor) probably about for about the third time. My regular Service Advisor is off on sick leave. As I said I have dealt with Julian before, and found him to very friendly, wanting to do the best for me and my car. There were issues that I was not expecting, but needed to be done. Some things I knew would have to be dealt with, others I did not. Julian took the time to thoroughly go over everything with me, and I knew that I could not put them off. Some things I asked about could be put off, as they could be done on a subsequent visit. Julian coordinated Shuttle drop off and pick up for me. I had to come back on Wednesady, January 16th, as there was a part that was not available. I came in Wednesady morning, amd Julian didn't make me wait, he simply had the Shuttle take me home. My car was repaired in the time advised, and I was picked up by the Shuttle to pick up my car. Julian had my car rinsed, and vacuumed as par for the course. I was so pleased knowing that I could safely drive my car, and not have to worry about anything adverse occuring, The car also looked good.
Julin was amazing throughout this whole process. Everything was dealt with professionally, and with a smile. I will not hesitate, and will ensure that I deal with Julian the next time I take my car in for Service or any issues that may come up. I truly feel that he has my best interests at heart. to keep my car running safely and efficiently. It is because of a Service Advsior like Julian that I keep coming back to Leggat.

Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

Poor Mechanic - ScrewedOver
My truck was towed there since it wouldn't start. I suggested it was the alternator. They couldn't find a problem at first. Then they decided it needed a new battery. They changed that and did an oil and filter change that I did not request (and they should have seen that one had been done recently elsewhere). The truck would not start again a couple of days later after their servicing. This time I had it towed to McMann's in Underwood and their knowledgeable mechanics found that the problem was the alternator. Maybe they do a better job on servicing if you bought the vehicle from them. I will never go to Lakeside again.
