First visit was for oil change alignment and annual check. Was offered courtesy ride home and a pick up. Great friendly drivers. When the tire I purchase was ordered and in shop I went back to get the tire installed. Waiting and tire installed in a timely fashion. Received water bottle, great bottle, keeps water cold for hrs!! My husband is envious of my water bottle. All service personnel’s I encountered those 2 days were friendly.

Had an appointment to repair garage door opener control on a new Equinox. I showed up on time and they knew I was going to wait for the repair to be completed. I waited a full hour in the waiting room when a service manager came out to tell me the car repair hadn't been started yet and it would take a few hours to complete. Had to take their courtesy shuttle home. My complaint is the manager should have know in a few minutes his people were not going to start the repair for a few hours. Very, very poor customer service.

I want to let people know what kind of dealership and garage Gateway Chevolds in Brampton is. I've had issues with my 2014 Malibu, only has 59,000km when I bought it from them in March 2021. I bought the car to them 3 times to be fixed for the same problem. Each time they said it was fixed it was not. After spending over $1000 to them supposed to be fixed. Each time i left there Jeremy said no more engine light on all fixed. Nop never fixed. Now I call them this morning July 26,2021 because the same issue is happening. The wires connecting to the battery were so hot I thought it was going to catch.fire. Today they said they will not look at the car. They refuse to fix my car. What kind of a dealership and garage is this. Mike the manager would not answer my calls and Jeremy said after posting a bad review for them they refuse to fix my car. WOW this is ridiculous. The work they did in my car was incomplete.. REFUSING to fix the car they never fixed. I am shocked by this. I am going to look further to see what can be done about this. RIDICULOUS!!!!

I bought a late model used Buick Enclave from NewRoad Subaru but it was delivered to me with some issues and I had to take the car back to have it repaired by NewRoads Buick. Fully reconditioned NOT REALLY!
I was nervous about this vehicle because the issues should have been repaired before the car was delivered to me.
While the car was in getting the repairs , I asked to have a full diagnostic check done at my expense.
Had a full diagnostic but it wasn’t disclosed that the vehicle had an issue with the OnStar system. Later when I tried to subscribe to the service I was told that it was inoperative and had to be serviced at a dealer
I was told later that NewRoads does not have a technician who is OnStar trained and they would have to go outside for the service to be performed..
They neglected to offer any assistance for this issue and I was left feeling very disappointed and I feel that my dealer experience was very poor.
I would never recommend NewRoads dealerships to anyone.

I recently called to make my service appointment for my vehicle's oil change and was completely dissatisfied. In 2018 I purchased my truck at the GM dealer in Exeter ON and since then I have always had my vehicle serviced and repaired at GM dealerships. However, today I went to make my appointment for my vehicle's oil change and was told they cannot shuttle me home due to the shuttle being extremely busy and cannot shuttle customers only getting an oil change. Oil changes are not free services as well you can see in my service log, I have completed many services and repairs at the dealership which I have received the shuttle service; I was to the understanding that was an enjoyed benefit of someone who purchased a GM vehicle and decided to continue service after the purchase with the GM dealership, GM obviously does not need to keep repeat customers.

There’s incompetent service and then there’s outright fraud. I’m leaning towards the second one.
My girlfriend bought a brand new 2010 Equinox at a different dealer. Frost is closer for us to take it for service. It went there a few times for minor recalls. With 110k on it, the timing chain broke which was common on those engines. It was covered under warranty and Frost did the job. They would have been paid by GM to do it, I believe they told me it would cost around $4k total and provided me with a list of parts that were replaced. It was essentially a whole rebuild. 20k later, timing chain breaks again.
When I took it back, they refused to fix it or admit that a replacement timing chain should last more than 20k, when even the flawed
originals last 100k. After it being at their dealership for months while we fought over it, I eventually just had it towed to another shop. After having the engine taken apart, we see that lots of parts (mostly chain guides and sprockets) that were on my invoice that Frost build GM for under warranty, had never been changed. They were original. They scammed me and GM.
I brought this to their attention, Jeremy was the service manager, and he refused to even look at pictures or come see it in person (it was less than 3km from the dealership)
Then talking about this at work, a client tells me he knows Jeremy and that when he crashed his Chevy Cruze into a curb that was out of warranty, Jeremy did him a favour and build a CV Axle and spindle to a different customers car that was still under warranty to save him some money. Then I began to realize why our Equinox didn’t get all the new parts Jeremy told me were replaced on it. I brought this to the Dealerships attention but was stonewalled on any information. I even had the VIN# of the Cruze from the other guy. Nothing.
Now, more recently, they’re sending me bills for a Chevy Trailblazer repair. I’ve never owned a chevy trailblazer or taken one to them. The only vehicles I’ve had there was my girlfriends equinox and my Sierra. They even had a manager call and threaten me with legal action for the repairs to a vehicle I don’t own!! I have told them multiple times to take that Trailblazer off my account because it’s not mine, or just delete my account all together because I will never be back
And now, 3 times in the past month or so, I’ve got automated text messages that my Trailblazer is past due for it’s maintenance!! Lol
Complete joke of a dealership. That experience turned my girlfriend off GM forever so she went to a different brand for her SUV replacement. I’m now buying a new Sierra, and will do so at Gateway or in Orangeville at Macmaster.
I’ve heard Jeremy does t run the Service anymore but as long as a single manager that covered for him is there, it’s a trap. Stay away!!
