Buying a car at Mini St-Catharines was so much fun and there were many pre-owned vehicles from which to choose. Dealing with salesman Nick Vernhout was an absolute pleasure. From my very first contact to the day of delivery and even afterwards, Nick took care of every small detail. I was made to feel like an important, special customer. The entire team was so much fun! I look forward to shopping and test-driving more Minis at this delearship in the future!

Got a email from the dealership saying I had a service due. Called and said this and was booked for said service. Drive over an hour to get to the dealership only to find out that I wasn't due? The man helping us was rude, didnt apologize, even after all the email correspondence was provided. And apparently the service I was booked for doesn't even exist? Maybe they should be training their employees better on customer service. I will never be going back to this dealership. Such a joke. Can't wait to get rid of my vehicle from Endras

Once again, the service I received at Oakville Mini was absolutely outstanding. Tara Starecky, my service advisor, was fantastic, as was Karin Germain, my sales associate. I highly recommend Oakville Mini to anyone considering purchasing a Mini or servicing the Mini they already own :)

I was working with Mike Sousa, very helpful and honest. Answered all of my questions, very friendly and courteous. I also worked with Christine Lee and James, who were helping me with the credit application. Both are very professional and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me get the credit. I am very happy with my car and the service I received at Mini Vaughan West dealership. I would highly recommend them!

I was looking for a compact car and decided to come at mini ottawa to have a look at the jcw and s version. I was talking to a middle eastern who talked to me for a hot second, then passed me off to another middle eastern gentlemen who seemed to be more interested in continuing his conversation with his colleagues (seemed perturbed that I had disturbed him)... showed very little interested in helping me out. He walked me outside to look at the mini's and went back inside. I waited as I browsed around the car lot, but he never came back out. I left... Thank you mini ottawa. You convinced me to buy an amg Benz.

I bought my used mini in Aug 2018. And I felt as though once I signed my contract and agreed to the extended warranty they no longer cared about me. The guy who was supposed to review how to use the car functions was terrible. I bought a used 2017 model and I had to bring it back the same week due to break issues, which should have been taken care of before I went home with it. The thing that made it better was Tyler in servicing, I felt as though he had my back. He would get 5 stars on his ability to manage the situation. I've been to the Vaughan dealership since then and they seem a lot more genuine. Downtown mini is very friendly and nice but I don't feel safe making negotiations with them after my negative experience.

I leased a vehicle from this dealership for 4 years (2014-2018). I'm 27 years old now and never want anyone to go through what I went through with this dealership. It's not worth it! Your money and time should not be spent at this dealership, they will not take care you.
I'm writing this review today to help out others, I was taken advantage of at this dealership and treated horribly.
I want others out there who are thinking of buying from this dealership to know that it's not worth it. The type of treatment that I received from this dealership was horrifying and I don't want any other consumers to go through it. It's not right.
Starting with the receptionists who make you feel horrible for even calling into the dealership to begin with.
Followed by the sales people, they are the worst. These people are not looking out for your best interest, I repeat they don't care about you, they only care about how much commission they can make off you. The car that was sold to me was brought into service over 26 times and out of these 26 times, 6 of these were for engine issues.
My engine failed on the 401 three times, the first time was just one month after having a brand new car. I was driving during rush hour and the engine just failed. The service department provided no sympathy again they just want your money. The service advisers I must say are probably worse to deal with than the sales team. The service advisers hid documents from my file, which is fraud. I had brought my vehicle in and there was no record of it, as one of the service advisers removed the specific record from the server.
The management team is absolutely horrendous, I really don't know how these people are in management positions. They should all be ashamed of themselves, it's so unfortunate to have a team of people like this representing Mini Markham.
To top of it off, if you think Head Office is going to be on your side or if you think they'll help you out. Think again, head office is useless. Head Office will refer you back to the dealership and does not have any say over the dealership. The processes and structure of this entire dealership and company is absolute horrible. The people working for head office especially the Canada based (Richmond Hill location) are horrible people. They're very mean people and have no customer service skills.
As I'm so fortunate to never have to deal with this dealership ever again. I'm so much happier now that I know I'm not giving my money away to a very horrible dealership and company.
Please save your time and money, it's not worth it. This dealership will suck the life out of you and who wants that. Take your business elsewhere and make sure you get the treatment you deserve for your hard earned money.

Started with a 2010 Camden and now driving a 2012 Mini Coupe was looking for my next new Mini! Was very disappointed on the lack of enthusiasm of the staff, in fact no sales people in the showroom. No real information or stats available for cars in the showroom and a feeling of real disinterest. Sales person came over from the BMW side and was more interested in showing the BMW.
I don't understand why there seems to be a double standard at the dealership. Once my engine warning light was on just after purchase, two days after. Was told it could be that I didn't tighten the gas cap tight enough, didn't have the car long enough to put gas in it! Asked if this was common with the car and was told not with our BMW drivers! Ouch! So unfortunately I think I will be checking out Kitchener Waterloo where I have been told they respect the Mini and their drivers!

Purchasing a new, or even used vehicle, can be a very overwhelming and daunting experience but not when you deal with the best. By the best I mean Michelle Healy. I have been dealing with Michelle for a number of years now and she never ceases to amaze me at how smoothly purchasing a new vehicle can be. Absolutely amazing. So down to earth and easy to get along with I can't imagine going anywhere else. Unless, of course, Michelle does in which case this client will be following her. I've recommended Michelle to friends and co-workers and know some have also purchased from Michelle and will continue, as I will, to enjoy the new car purchase experience that she provides. The awesome product Michelle provides helps to an extent I'm sure but having said that if she decided to go elsewhere and sell another product I would still purchase whatever vehicle she may be selling. But, please don't Michelle. I love my Mini soooooo much which is why this is my third one. Michelle most definitely deserves all the accolades she gets and more, more, more. 5 stars are not enough for Michelle so I'm giving her 10+++ She always gives 110% and seems to truly enjoy her job and dealing with people.
