Alex was incredible. When we initially came into the dealership, we were browsing, and he asked if we needed any help, to which we replied we were just browsing. While we were, he made sure to keep an eye on us and pay attention to the types of models we were looking at. Once we were ready to speak, he already had an idea of what we seemed interested in. He took us through the models but didn't try and sell us something we didn't need or want. We were looking for an upgrade from our car, to an SUV that would fit hockey equipment and all our gear for our little one on the way. Alex got us into the SUV we've always wanted. My husband still gets the biggest smile on his face every time he drives it. This SUV was the perfect fit for us, and Alex did the most amazing job at getting us into it. He's so personable and friendly and the dealership is lucky to have him. He even gifted us with a teddy bear upon pick-up for our little one. Thank-you Alex!! My Alex is loving the ride, and so am I! Thanks for making this process so easy for us, we will be recommending Alex to our friends and family in the future!

My daughter booked 2 appointments for our Minis for a Friday. We took the day off for the appointment. She called directly to Mini Vaughn to book the appointments. Upon arrival I said we are here for our 1 pm and 2 pm appointments. there was not any appointment on the computer. my daughter called the line she booked through and connected the man at the service desk (nice guy) and the gal on the phone. She said she showed the appointment but he did not. He was a nice guy and got us in anyway so we were taken care off. I had my tires changed to summer tires and when I got into the car the "low air tire" light came on. you would think Mini service of all places would know to reset this on the car - Mr Lube always resets the car when they chance the tires - but Mini didn't take the time to reset - they know it has to be done. is an irritant and now I have to read manual to reset.

This was the easiest transaction in 30 years of buying cars. Emile was wonderful to deal with, and no pressure, just factual information, and a professional attitude. This professional and courteous attitude continued with Art, Chris, Christine ase well as the two ladies at the front desk. No matter how many times we called back to get additional information they always returned a call our call within an hour. The delivery was just as pleasant. Truly diamond service. Truly recommended.

The worst dealership ever!!! Bad service and they really don't care after you bought the car. The shuttle is super slow as well. I'm definitely not coming back again and wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this dealership.

Purchasing a new, or even used vehicle, can be a very overwhelming and daunting experience but not when you deal with the best. By the best I mean Michelle Healy. I have been dealing with Michelle for a number of years now and she never ceases to amaze me at how smoothly purchasing a new vehicle can be. Absolutely amazing. So down to earth and easy to get along with I can't imagine going anywhere else. Unless, of course, Michelle does in which case this client will be following her. I've recommended Michelle to friends and co-workers and know some have also purchased from Michelle and will continue, as I will, to enjoy the new car purchase experience that she provides. The awesome product Michelle provides helps to an extent I'm sure but having said that if she decided to go elsewhere and sell another product I would still purchase whatever vehicle she may be selling. But, please don't Michelle. I love my Mini soooooo much which is why this is my third one. Michelle most definitely deserves all the accolades she gets and more, more, more. 5 stars are not enough for Michelle so I'm giving her 10+++ She always gives 110% and seems to truly enjoy her job and dealing with people.
