I took my Lincoln MKX in for an oil change and a bulb replacement in my front turn signal light to Mid-Town Ford instead of Capital Ford-Lincoln because they were closer. When I went to pay the bill, they told me they had done only the oil change and I would have to schedule another appointment for the bulb replacement because it would involve taking part of the front bumper apart. They gave me a written estimate for $150 labour plus the cost of the bulb. Since I didn't have my work schedule with me, I didn't make the appointment and promptly forgot about it (my wife drives the MKX more than I do). For the next oil change, my wife made an appointment at Capital Ford-Lincoln, so I asked her to find out about replacing the bulb there. Capital told her they could replace the bulb at the same time as the oil change and charged her $10 plus the cost of the bulb. That's not a typo- TEN DOLLARS instead of $150!!
Would we go back to Mid-Town Ford for anything - NEVER!

Airbag replacement recall on my Mustang. Made appointment and was done in less than an hour. Vickar dealership in Winnipeg said it would take up to 4 hours! If your time is valuable, bring your service needs to Steeltown.

Since I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and I have taken it there for all the oil changes and repairs. This is the 2nd time they have dropped the ball. I had my brakes replaced and after 50,000 kms, I need new brakes. I have never had brakes only last 50,000kms. Never again

3) Promised free oil change , but refused as the time of servicing until escalated
Used basic oil instead of requested fully synthetic oil how ever bill was charged for fully synthetic oil , clearly cheating with customer
Issue with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay; I am using in vehicle for more then 1 year , is stopped suddenly , Technician told me I have to pay if I wana enable this feature; I showed then owner manual ; but they refused, I have took this issue to ford; waiting on there reply

May 2019 took my 2017 Edge in as the service engine light would not go off. First attempt lasted a day. Second attempt lasted a day, third attempt resulted in the tec. WORKING THE WHOLE DAY ON THE WRONG CAR. Forth attempt was successful. June I had Fairway Ford install a trailer hitch and wiring. Obviously they did not check to see if the trailer brake light switch worked as it did not. Waited 9 days for an appointment to have this looked at.. Second trip to this dealership, they admitted they installed the wrong part and it was fixed on the third trip to their shop. Lets see, seven trips to have two items fixed but it gets better. Sept. 30th I had the oil and filter changed and I specifically asked that the tires be rotated. I marked the right rear tire. When I picked up the vehicle I asked if the tires had been rotated and I was told that had been done.. Guess what? It had not been done. Presently 8 trips for three items. With kind of service, I don't know how they stay in business

We bought a used a vehicle that had a pre existing tuner that had been installed by Rhineland Ford. We had constant issues with "no-start" and this truck was a truck used for our business. Each time we would have to tow 1.5 hours to this dealership because the installation of this tuner voided the warranty that we had. No other Ford dealership would look at it. Every time we had an issue, they would act like we were such an inconvenience to THEM! So after the third or fourth time, Joe in service got very rude and said that for $200 he would remove the tuner and return it to stock. We brought it in, paid the cash, and left believing that it was completely removed. A couple weeks later we were having issues and took it to a closer service centre where they indicated that the tuner was still hooked up to the vehicle. We called Joe in service and he argued that is was out, then backpedaled when we told him we had it at another service centre and they were saying it wasn't. He then indicated that it was left in so we could monitor the gauges. He then told me to take it out myself and then hung up on me (not the first time). I then asked the current service person to talk to the owner regarding this issue. I called the owner, Mia, regarding her speaking to the current service person, and she told me it had been removed. I said it hadn't and that I have photos of it still hooked up. She asked me why 3 hours would be charged to me if they hadn't removed it? I said that's what I would like to know. She said she was "done with this" and then she hung up on me.
The current service guy was completely shocked at their workmanship and customer service behaviour. These tuners are not covered by Ford so why are they installing them? The worst service I have EVER experienced!
