I bought a used truck from this dealership sight unseen (2016 F150 with 88,000kms). The initial sales experience was great. However, upon delivery there was body damage and an oil leak. Neither were documented (or shared with me) in our many interactions, sales agreement, or inspection documentation. Not what I expected on a $44,000 truck when buying from a dealer. They admit the oil leak was missed in their inspection, but will not compensate anything on the repair. They claim the body damage was their shipper (who they haven't paid) , but have yet to offer any compensation so I can get it fixed (it's a $1700 repair), and it's been two months More
