Dee - Thanks for the review HOWEVER you should tell the complete story. You guys said you were flying in at 6:30 am and asked if Shane could pick you up and unfortunately he could not and we could not get anyone there till 7:30 - 8am. This is when you guys agreed to take an Uber to a breakfast spot and Shane would meet you there. The text you sent to Shane when breakfast was done is pretty clear and I quote the text you sent to him "The Breakfast place is only 1KM away from the store and since it was such a nice day we will walk" - So this is what happened. We are sorry for the tire mix up and Shane was in the wrong there and we corrected it the best and fastest way possible still getting you on the road by 11:30 only an hour later than expected. This is when you guys told Shane that you need NO Tutorial of the new vehicle as you have an 8 hour drive and know most of it anyway and the quote from your partner was "We have 8 hour drive - She will figure it all out" So we did as requested by you guys. As for giving you something for buying the vehicle - You bought an 2023 Ford Super Duty at Xplan pricing which is 1.5% over cost and we agreed to sell it to you using your Xplan PIN Number. Which alone is over a 10 Thousand dollar discount. What more could we have done? The honest part is no other dealer would give you the Xplan and we at Mid-Town honor all Ford programs and sold you the most saught after truck at X plan pricing. Again sorry about the tires BUT the complete story needs to be told when writing reviews.

Nice try guys we Told 100% full story!! And after Shane did not respond to his 8am text or calls we texted him ..”I guess we’re walking good thing it’s only 1km away and beautiful out. I have all the texts let’s not go there! You guys have horrible service. For the manager to not even call back after complaint shows how you treat your customers After arguing for 20 min that “that’s what you ordered” regarding tires from Shane We had to prove with text we were right before he considered doing anything. And he still would not acknowledge he ordered the wrong tires he blamed the parts guy. He was rude and I can not believe how many employees stood around listening to this argument and no manager stepped in..The manager seemed to be too busy to talk to us face to face. Also we had 2 1/2 hours sitting there we would have loved someone to give us a tutorial..not sure where you got that we did not want one. How would we know how it worked when we have never owned a truck like this?? Again lies lies lies! Also numerous ford dealerships honour and were willing to honour the plan. In fact a dealership just down the road was going to as well. Don’t act like you’re the only one lol and we should be treated the same whether or not that plan is in place or not. Do not accept the Xplan if you’re going to treat the customer different and it was not 10 Grand but thanks it was 7 Grand. You can back peddle, take no accountability, and disregard your customers concerns. We will most definitely spread the word to other local businesses NOT to deal with your business for any vehicles. I wish we would have listened to our gut after how we were treated and walked out! We were not asking for “something “ for buying the truck. We asked what you guys were going to do for all the inconvenience and hassle!!! We should have been on the road by 930 but due to Shanes lack of care for his customers we did not leave till 1130…may seem like just a short time for you however when we have kids and jobs to get back home to with a 8 hour drive this should have all been in place like discussed before arriving! Again people as you can see no accountability do not deal here!!

Mark or should I say maybe Mr. H.S - Will not go into details - We have never seen you or you vehicle at the shop Mark or but we have seem Mr. H.S - Not sure why a review would be posted under an alias - Just speaks volumes I guess. I would be happy to discuss with you at anytime - Please give me a call at the store 204-284-7650 We have no Appoint necessary for all services however sometimes that entails a 20 - 30 minute wait before you can get in It does However still get you in and out within the hour. As for the "Oil Change Technicians" are kicking tires around because we replace about 10 - 15 sets of tires a day in this season so yes they kick them and roll them to the other side of the shop. We appreciate your review however just not understanding why a review is sent under an alias.

That’s absolutely Hilarious. I love confrontational dealers! What speaks volumes is the way you worded your response. Absolutely love how you took the time to confront me. Speaks to your 0/10 customer service level. You absolutely told me to kick rocks did you not? Did you not say “ we don’t care if you don’t bring your trucks here”? You didn’t have half your staff with no masks on in the bay? You sir speak volumes, you best bet I will be giving you a call to discuss.
