At your dealer can see all the car in their model I know more then you for sure but is all about common sense Computer chips shortage doesn't influence you order one 301A without thinking If you think you are right sell you 3.3 V6 f150 without beg and discount to customer even a lucky cat can sell cars with selling it under cost if you are right you are SVT dealer already Sorry buddy, you won't have lightning Shelby bronco raptor raptor or r 's for me because your number #1 dealers don't if qualified for SVT You don't have the car I have then why I need buy it from you? No one even wants do dealer trade with you, who want give you a raptor for your poor inventory? Use 10 300A for trade? ***GO TO A DIFFERENT FORD DEALERSHIP*** if I could give negative stars I would… My buying experience 3 years ago would have been 5 stars, they sure made it easy for me to spend $60,000 on a 2018 F150. B negative stars I would… My buying experience 3 years ago would have been 5 stars, they sure made it easy for me to spend $60,000 on a 2018 F150. But when it came to warranty repairs that is when they started to no longer treat me like a valued customer. It all started with a leaking oil pan, the truck sat in the lot for nearly 4 weeks (not my fault) no courtesy car for nearly a month. When I finally received my truck back it returned with door dings and scratches… when my steering wheel texture began wearing down they told me it was “wear and tear” at 20,000Kms… I had to fight with them to replace that. When my sunroof was making a *clicking* noise they repaired it with Fords recommend repair, which fixes the noise but then made my sun roof open violently to the point where it broke the plastic in the track making opening the sunroof impossible.. obviously it was passed the 60,000km of my basic warranty so that’s when they finally wanted to fix it… oddly enough they quoted me nearly $6000 to repair the sunroof stating they had to pull replace both motors, the tracks, remove the sunroof, headliner, interior etc… so I opted out of the repair… I have been experiencing a growling noise in the front end of my truck for almost 6 months, when first mentioned to the service department they told me they had diagnosed it as a bad bearing/front hub and I had to wait 3 months for it…. I waited all summer for it, once they installed the hub, strangely enough their service order stated they had also basically rebuilt my front differential which was never discussed…. Upon leaving the lot THE NOISE WAS STILL THERE.. when I returned to Ford they sent me to discuss the issue with the service manager who rubbed it in my face and made it known that he’s been working for 35 years and knows my truck better than me.. he then proceeded to tell me the noise was no longer a drivetrain issue but instead it was my tires cupping…. Fast forward 2 weeks and a few thousand dollars in new rims and tires THE NOISE WAS STILL THERE… When returned to Ford the service manager then told me he’d drive me in my truck and listen for the sound.. upon the road test I pointed out the noise to which he told me there was no noise, he told me what I was hearing was normal, he told me All he hears is the drone of my exhaust… MY STOCK 2.7l ECOBOOST MAY I ADD…. He then got confrontational YELLING at me in my own truck while driving me around to the point I felt uneasy. He then told me he’s done with my truck he’s not touching it and that there is nothing wrong with it… WELL listen here Jim Bell… (service manager/ shop foreman) id be embarrassed to rub 35 years of experience in people’s faces when all ive witnessed was improper diagnosis and customer disrespect. I have since taken my truck to a different Ford dealership. They have since repaired the growling noise, and quoted me only $450 to repair my sunroof… Midtown fords service department is the most uneducated and disrespectful staff I have ever dealt with. I’m super disappointed with how we’ve been treated as customers. STAY AWAY FROM MIDTOWN FORD AT ALL COSTS… More

I walked in with my Ford truck looking to get an oil change done and was told my truck would be in right away. 20 minutes go by and I try to ask the front desk clerk how much longer it would take. At this point it was clear he wasn’t in a good mood, as he said: “ I don’t care whether you bring your truck here or not, or any of your vehicles for all that matter. You can wait like everyone else”. I than take my keys and threaten to complain to the general manager. He says : “ go ahead and tell him I don’t care“. Very professional and immature. More
Every time I bring in my wife’s Ford Edge something makes me angry about the situation. Oil changes take forever. Advice cannot be free and it seems nobody is empowered to simply take care of the customer. H me angry about the situation. Oil changes take forever. This dealership will only honour a credit on a replacement battery. I don’t need it anymore nor do I want anything to do with this dealership! More

Great service experience I had a stress crack in my windshield I had stopped by the dealer to xxxxx, the Dealer ship analyzed and got back to me that the windshield was cover I had a stress crack in my windshield I had stopped by the dealer to xxxxx, the Dealer ship analyzed and got back to me that the windshield was covered under warranty that made me very happy no hassles or problems just booked me an appointment and replaced the windshield. The second issue, I bought this truck from River city Ford they installed a tunnel cover that I had wanted with the truck and forgot to install drain hoses, I always had water in the back very frustrating. The service provider looked at the issue and fixed it even though it was not their issue, They fixed at N/C for some thing that should have been done at River city right the first time. I was also told by my sales person somebody would follow up on my purchase from River city it never happened just make the sale and good by. Thank to guys at Midtown they went that extra mile and looked after me I would definitely make them my next choice for buying a vehicle. More
