Nevertheless, I had returned once the used vehicle arrived. They appraised my trade in and gave me a very fair offer that I wanted to take time to consider. Greg told me I had to decide right then and there as this offer would no longer be available to me again. I told Greg I had to consider his offer and compare it to a Honda I was also considering at the time. I knew I was at the Waverly Auto Mall and that Winnipeg Honda was across the way, for some reason Greg started talking to me about Birchwood Honda that wasn't even in the same area I was looking at for cars and telling me they had all of these hidden fees that they 'force' you into buying. That was my hint to get out and leave because I knew I no longer had an honest salesman but a greedy one that just wanted the sale instead of helping me find what best suited my needs. He even told me 'well I would rather get the commission off something than nothing'. I didn't appreciate the way I was spoken to and walked out soon after. I will not return to Midtown Ford. Ps. I had been a committed Ford customer prior to this experience as I had always received great customer service in the past from other Ford dealerships.
