This is actually my third car purchase and never seen a process and service as fast as this one with Ishtar. Greed outweighs integrity, respect and customer service … would never recommend dealership to my worst enemy … led to believe our offer through email and text was accepted … drove a significant distance only would never recommend dealership to my worst enemy … led to believe our offer through email and text was accepted … drove a significant distance only to find out our offer was not even presented to the sales manager or approved … they wasted our time and were extremely misleading through communication throughout the day. Clearly stated if we were to be financing we could have had a much better deal … other employees loudly bad mouthing another dealership for this exact type of situation in an adjacent office … when will a sales person have enough integrity to do the job honestly … is there anyone out there that is trustworthy in the auto business?????
