Thousands of dollars added without authorization They added on more than $4000 (rustproofing and buydown rate) of fees without prior approval and they now want to act like they deserve that money. T They added on more than $4000 (rustproofing and buydown rate) of fees without prior approval and they now want to act like they deserve that money. Those fees were not even there on the first bill of sale I signed. They just want to take you by surprise at the time of signing so you make a bad decision. So, before you sign anything, make sure to read the bill of sale in details especially the pre-delivery expenses because they will have added fake FEES on top of the original agreement. In my case, they put a bogus $2198 rustproofing fee so that they can get back the $2200 discount that was advertised. Any rustproofing amount that is above $200 is a scam because you can rustproof your car for less than that at a regular shop. If you hear something like "Rustproofing helps to bring down the rate", that's a BIG FAT LIE because the two are unrelated and Sam (the finance manager) couldn't provide the proof that it is a financing requirement when I questioned him about it. I complained then I got completely ignored for days and instead of replying to my complaint, I got an email from the customer service manager about lease information. What kind of tricks are you trying to play here? What kind of business are you if your customer service manager can't respond to a simple complaint? Buying down the rate to 0% is NOT TO HELP YOU but to fill up their pockets and it leaves you in uncertainty in the future. If you are BUYING down the rate, then it is not 0%. You are just paying for it upfront. And if you are paying upfront then the money goes to the dealer. That's the catch: getting free money for doing what they are supposed to do anyway on top of getting a commission from the bank! You are most likely better off having a regular loan and having a fixed interest rate. Watch out for the $699 admin fee, they try to charge you. There shouldn't be an admin fee at all because their online ads state that it is included in the price (in small print obviously) and OMVIC requires all in pricing and ALL FEES to be specified in the advertisement by law anyway. But it seems like the people at Peel conveniently forgot about that. More

TERRIBLE I would never recommend buying a vehicle from Scott, or the team at Peel. Purchased a vehicle at a discounted price from a brand new salesman stev I would never recommend buying a vehicle from Scott, or the team at Peel. Purchased a vehicle at a discounted price from a brand new salesman steven, supervised by scott Told to pick the vehicle up quicker than anticipated... (This ended up being evident through scratches, dirt and grease on the interior, dull paint, tire marker on rims and tires) As well as the backup camera not working upon arrival and the salesman sitting on his phone as if the vehicle was 110% perfect and he knew being one of his first sales at the dealership. After the vehicle was picked up, more issues became obvious and then contacted the dealership to see if the items would be fixed as well as the leaking tonneau cover (all 4 corners) The paint and rust package was also purchased and was not applied as advertised through mopar. After a twenty minute argument, Scott went to his boss and worked out a rental car that he first said was not an option at this dealership (weird right?) Furthermore, vehicle gets dropped off at peel, the cover still leaked and they dented the door of the vehicle and are saying it could be anything. In conclusion, if you want a quality experience buying a vehicle with satisfaction and care, Peel is NOT the place to go. The vehicle was purchased in April 2019. More

Great deal.. I have the pleasure to buy my new 2019 ram sport from Zack he was great to buy from down to earth and answered my questions to best of his ability 5 s I have the pleasure to buy my new 2019 ram sport from Zack he was great to buy from down to earth and answered my questions to best of his ability 5 stars . Also had the a great finance manager Dave in my corner got me my % rate I wanted and my payment $ to my liking . 5stars. I had a few minor setbacks that caused me alot of greef needed to buy tow package as hitch was not the right install on this truck . also with some paperwork back and forth and also payments being set up incorrectly on date I wanted withdrawn due to the paperwork issue that took some time . But it all got fixed in the end . The only reason for the issue was that I did not buy local so I could not do this all in person was a 2 hr drive so issues had to resort to mail to fix which was a slow process but all in all great experience . 5stars . They had the best price in Ontario so can't complain . 👌 More
