Then the excuses started, I told him I wasn’t interested in buying a truck now I just wondered why they never called back. Rocco said he thought I wasn’t serious about buying a truck. Which makes no sense since I bought 3 from them. Then Bruno started messaging me offering me everything in the world.i told him repeatedly to stop contacting me and of course that never happened he keeps contacting me. I never put stuff on these website but these guys think they are the lords of selling cars and trucks. Shady tactics trying to sell you there warranties and private lending kick back. Beware if you go in to buy a truck don’t trust any of them. Refreshing car buying experience We had been shopping around for a new vehicle for awhile, we had narrowed our search down to two. Even before we had gone in to Peel, Ryan engaged me We had been shopping around for a new vehicle for awhile, we had narrowed our search down to two. Even before we had gone in to Peel, Ryan engaged me through email and social media and promised that I would not regret driving a bit further to visit him. We did our due diligence and spoke to a few dealers close by so we understood where the price point was going to be and went to visit him near the end of April. Don't let first impressions put you off. The Peel dealership is small and very basic. Nothing about it seems to scream top FCA dealership. But all the staff we spoke to were friendly and the place was bustling. Working with Ryan was a breeze. While Peel's price was already even or better with everyone else I had looked at, Ryan smashed that price before we even had a chance to sit down. Some low stress discussions and the deal was done. While there's an argument that you could always get just a little more, I am completely satisfied with the deal I got and people I've spoken to about it seem to confirm that. Ryan is a fantastic salesman who not only makes you feel like he is on your side, but backs it up with the final delivery on the deal. The Finance Office was a low stress affair as well. There was one sales pitch about taking interest savings from a different loan set up and applying them to some warranties and guarantees, but we moved on quickly once I had declined. Compared to other Finance Offices where they do their best to destroy your confidence, this was easy. Final delivery of the car was a quick process. The added items we asked for on our truck were installed well and looked great. If we were going to have any gripe, it would be that the detailing on the windows could've been a bit better. I understand that they had 40 deliveries to make the same day so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it would've been nice if it wasn't me removing dealer stock tags from the windows and scraping the glue afterwards. Again, not a huge deal. Overall it is easy to recommend Peel and Ryan on price and delivery of service. We got the Truck we wanted, at a price that I'm very happy with, delivered on time as promised. I came in to the dealership knowing what I wanted to look at and inquired to John about the vehicle, So he grabbed the keys to it and let me go for a test drive. Patience looked after the financing part and she literally worked her butt off to get the financing I was comfortable with. I am so pleased with my new (to me) truck and am thankful to the two of them. More
