I went specifically because I knew this dealer had a large inventory and wanted to see the various vehicle colors up close! Upon arriving I was greeted by Chad Bu-Mansour a sales consultant who gladly offered to let me view the different caravans in their lot not open to the general public. At that point I didn't make it clear whether I would purchase a vehicle or not and it wasn't a problem for Chad and he gladly answered any questions I had and didn't pressure me into making any final decision. I left and returned a few days later and purchased my new 2018 Granite grand caravan GT. Nobody beats a deal from Peel and nobody beats the customer service at Peel. Thank you Richard S. More

Deceptive Ad Practices This dealership has been running an ad campaign for "Buy one oil change get two free. Available for all makes and models". When I showed up at the This dealership has been running an ad campaign for "Buy one oil change get two free. Available for all makes and models". When I showed up at the dealership they then said I was wrong it was buy two and get one free. I showed them a screenshot of the ad and they then told me it was obviously an outdated ad, then they told me it didn't apply to my truck, then they told me it was $499 for it to be applied to my truck. Somehow a $207 oil change is $499 if you want to get one free. They must be using the new math at this dealership. The next day the same "outdated" ad showed up in my browser. I grabbed a screenshot of the ad and reached out to the dealer. I have not received a response in a week. I would use caution in dealing with this dealer. The obviously difficulty with the truth and will employ shifty ad practices to get you through the door. More
