Email and phone call correspondence was always taken as gentle reminders, without being intrusive or nagging. This was our 5th new car purchase but our 1st luxury vehicle which the dealership showed very nicely. The RX 350 was our ultimate choice which "sells itself", however Lisa spent the time required to review all options available. More
