I was offered a 'Loaner" vehicle so I did not have to wait at the dealership, and my vehicle was freshly washed when I picked it up at the end of the day. Being a few hours away from London, we t We searched long and hard for a quality used vehicle and finally came upon an ad for one at Lexus of London. Being a few hours away from London, we thought that arranging an initial viewing of the car may perhaps be difficult since it was during the week. We were pleasantly surprised on how easy it was. This is because every step of the way, the staff at Lexus of London dealership was exceptionally accommodating and ensuring all our needs were met. The sales person, Natalie, even came to meet us on her off day because we were driving in from out of town after work. London was earning its reputation for snow and we showed up right in the middle of a storm. Natalie rose to the challenge and help us take the car out for a spin. We are so glad she did, because right there and then, we knew it was the car we were looking for. Natalie was super knowledgeable about the features of the car and answered every question we could come up with. We came back a few days later to pick up the car and dealt with Kylie who processed the sale and Kevin who handled the hand-off of the car. Both of them are super to deal with. Kylie processed the sale seamlessly and was very professional. Kevin gave us a fantastic tutorial tour of the features and was very accommodating as well to any of our questions.
