We are long time customers of this dealership and this experience certainly confirms our past and current patronage,delivering a quick and painless process. Initially she greeted us and her first action was to make sure we were comfortable in her work area and to go and ensure that it was not someone else’s appointment. She took a minute to find out what our needs were in a car when she identified the need to accommodate a walker. She took me out to the parking lot and showed me an RX .,an NX and aUX. we tried the trunk level in all three the RX 350 was too high , the UX too small all round, but the NX was just right. At that point, we left for the day to consider our options. when we returned. to the Lexus store we were met by Lisa and she came with me for a test drive . After that, we left for the day. I returned the following day, was greeted by Lisa, and we sat down to to negotiate prices and options on the car. At all times, Lisa was prepared, professional, and more than reasonable with the negotiations. In my past life I managed sales and service representatives for Bell Canada and have an appreciation for the value of immediate customer feedback. WELL DONE! To Lisa, and all of the staff, that prepared my car for me and the open road. More
