Lexus of London was pleasant to deal with while buying a used vehicle. Lisa Ali was our salesperson and was friendly and professional but low pressure. The process of buying a new or used vehicle is not my favourite activity. I went in prepared to do battle with my guard up, I left feeling that my pre conceived notion was inaccurate. My deal was fair, my trade in value was fair, and we are enjoying our new to us SUV. We drove 1:45 hrs each way for a specific vehicle. It was worth our time. Thanks Lisa! More
