On one occasion, I leased a vehicle from another dealership, another brand, and was so disgusted by the service experience at that dealership that I went back to Ken Shaw Lexus. I have stayed a customer and returned for the incredible service that I have and continue to receive. A relationship goes far beyond the purchase/lease experience. It's the service that brings you back, time and again. It's the trust factor as well. I trust them to make it right and they do so by being straight forward and honest with their customers.A dealership is nothing more than the sum of its employees. I kept my first Lexus ES 300, a 1999 model for fifteen years and they always treated me like it was a brand new model. A Lexus loaner was made available for no cost every time I brought the car in, their Lexus lounge is very comfortable. Their costs were always reasonable. When I bought my latest Lexus last year, I gave my old one to my son and he is now a Ken Shaw customer. More
