Hi ReallyPO, We can understand your frustration of the recent incidences you've had with our dealership. At the end of October the dealership's ownership and management has changed. I can attest that there has been many changes in the last 4 months as the new owner and the General Manager. Most recently we've been reviewing our competitive pricing on services that can be completed at competing service centers as well as streamlining recommended service maintenances intervals. Now this might not mean anything to you, but we do not want to be or be known as the dealership that overprices themselves out of the market just so we can keep servicing our customers long enough until their warranty expires so we can have our facility. Rather, we would to be known our life long customer that get their vehicle serviced right the first time by our Factory Trained Technicians with factory recommended Original Equipment parts at a competitive price with a great service experience.
