After discussing an issue with the lack of support I received from the service department with the sale associated, I purchased the vehicle four months prior. This issue was unable to be quickly resolved as I was told by the staff it was my fault for not booking a problem which just happened that day two months prior. The response upset me as I have spent much money on warranties to ensure I do not run into these issues. Trevor approached me in the middle of the dealership, demanding I state I was wrong and sorry for my frustration. "This was my fault for not better planning and planning my life around Ford." How dare I expect their service? All I wanted was to be able to go to an expensive course next week and ensure Ford honoured the warranty the staff at this dealer raved about. Trevor lacks customer skills, and the team after this man's outburst was not good. I recommend running for the hills at this service centre as you will be on foot while Trevor spends his time yelling at customers. More

To build a relationship with a service department close to her. Never could I have imagined receiving the call I did following the interaction she had with you. How dare you? How dare you talk to some one in such a way. I hope you never speak to someone this way. I hope that you take some time to think of how something like that would make someone feel. Who do you think you are? You are not the bank, you are not the dealership that sold her the car in the first place, you are a service advisor. Your Job primarily being responsible for managing customer requests for maintenance and repairs, providing excellent customer service to customers, writing repair orders, communicating with customers about the status of work, collecting payment for services, accurately handling cash and credit payments, & selling additional services, including parts and accessories where appropriate. Not to make comments "you're lucky you came back to pay or else I would have hated to come to your house and repo your car" in a condescending tone with a smile on your face. If your store policy required payment in full, you should have just said that. Rather than telling her it was okay to do her daily limit the day of pick up and the remaining balance the following day. More
My truck is old and certainly not the nicest coming in for service, but Boris always provides me with the same excellent service that I am sure he gives to each of his clients. Service Advisor & Service Detailer were excellent I arrived on Vancouver Island (from Cranbrook) for business purposes and due to mileage required "The Works" service package on my Ford F-150: change I arrived on Vancouver Island (from Cranbrook) for business purposes and due to mileage required "The Works" service package on my Ford F-150: change oil and filter, rotate tires, inspect brakes, belts, hoses, etc. Service Advisor Boris Jurcic provided excellent customer service and also ensured that my truck was washed at conclusion. Service Detailer James Reimer did a great job washing the outside of the F-150 and also cleaned up the floor mats and dash for me! The service report I received was professional and to the point. I noticed that everyone seems to be happy working at this dealership. Great job all ... keep striving for excellence! More
