After discussing an issue with the lack of support I received from the service department with the sale associated, I purchased the vehicle four months prior. This issue was unable to be quickly resolve received from the service department with the sale associated, I purchased the vehicle four months prior. This issue was unable to be quickly resolved as I was told by the staff it was my fault for not booking a problem which just happened that day two months prior. The response upset me as I have spent much money on warranties to ensure I do not run into these issues. Trevor approached me in the middle of the dealership, demanding I state I was wrong and sorry for my frustration. "This was my fault for not better planning and planning my life around Ford." How dare I expect their service? All I wanted was to be able to go to an expensive course next week and ensure Ford honoured the warranty the staff at this dealer raved about. Trevor lacks customer skills, and the team after this man's outburst was not good. I recommend running for the hills at this service centre as you will be on foot while Trevor spends his time yelling at customers. More

Very satisfied with all the staff at Island Ford. We recently took our 2013 Ford Edge in for servicing. They found the problems ( which two other garages couldn't) and fixed them. While waiting we w We recently took our 2013 Ford Edge in for servicing. They found the problems ( which two other garages couldn't) and fixed them. While waiting we wandered the used car lot and a very nice salesman named Robert Martin came & talked to us. He was very friendly but not pushy! We decided to trade our 2013 in and bought a 2015 Ford Edge. Rob was so helpful and every person we had to meet with to complete the transition was so pleasant and easy to deal with. This dealership and it's staff are awesome! More

Over the top customer service My vehicle had a recall for the master brake cylinder and the service department was very quick in ordering the part and scheduling an appointment to My vehicle had a recall for the master brake cylinder and the service department was very quick in ordering the part and scheduling an appointment to have it repaired. The shuttle service area has been extended further south in the Cowichan Valley which is very convenient and my appointment was scheduled at a time that ensured the shuttle service was operating. I once had a service done at Glen Oak Ford in Langford and they do not provide a shuttle service anywhere and I was stuck there while my vehicle was in the shop and the service department in Langford was not very helpful, friendly or efficient. I have found the staff at Island Ford know their customers by name and even though the service department is extremely busy, they always acknowledge people as they enter. While I was in picking up my vehicle, the manager, Justin, and Trevor, in service, went above and beyond to make this visit memorable. Trevor's willingness to follow through on an inquiry and Justin's generosity were completely unexpected and made my week!! Their actions solidified our commitment to this dealership. More
