We were so pleased with the service and specifically the pleasant and professional treatment we received from Deanna, that we made the decision to travel out of our way to Island Ford for future service. Susie was helpful, friendly and also went out of her way to offer me a deal for future servicing of my vehicle. Also the service dept fixed my problem which required no parts...but still I did not expect Susie to come back to me and tell me they had not charged me anything!!! Have previously had service with this dealer and always happy! More

FANTASTIC I BOUGHT MY CAR AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND FOUND THEIR FOLLOW UP TERRIBLE, CALLED ISLAND FORD DUNCAN AND TALKED TO DEANNA, SHE WAS SO GREAT ANSWERED MY I BOUGHT MY CAR AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND FOUND THEIR FOLLOW UP TERRIBLE, CALLED ISLAND FORD DUNCAN AND TALKED TO DEANNA, SHE WAS SO GREAT ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS, AND TREATED WITH RESPECT. NEVER OWNING A FORD BEFORE WANTED TO FOLLOW THE MAINTANCE SCHED AND SHE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW IT WORKS. I DRIVE A LOT SO I HAVE BEEN IN FOR MANY OIL CHANGES AND ALSO SOME WARRANTY WORK, I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER, ITS VERY RARE THAT YOU FIND A DEALERSHIP LIKE THIS ONE. WE WILL BE BUYING OUR NEXT VEHICLE AT ISLAND FORD DUNCAN JUST ON OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE DEPT ALONE. Frendly staff, convenient, but very poor service experience My truck had spongy breaks since one of the rear cylinders had failed a few months back. I had done the rear breaks myself, including both cylinders, My truck had spongy breaks since one of the rear cylinders had failed a few months back. I had done the rear breaks myself, including both cylinders, but since the system had been drained of fluid it needed to be power bled to remove all the air pockets. I couldn't do this myself so brought it to Island Ford. I explained the problem, and said I suspected they only needed to be bled. It took them 3 hours, and cost me $350... for a bleed job. Rather than just bleed the breaks and maybe test the cylinder and be done in an hour, they decided to dismantle and inspect the rear drums so that they could tell me there was rust... a 14 year old truck has rust, real revelation. What's more, they didn't even bleed them right. I know this because my front left bleeder nut was rounded off and seized when I brought the truck to them. I checked it after they "thoroughly bled the system" to find the nut still there and still seized... so they charged me $350 to 3/4 bleed the system. This is my 3rd Ford Escape that I have purchased at the Duncan location. I love the comfortable and friendly service of all the staff and would surely recommend them. More

doesn't honour lifetime oilchange So I drive 35 minutes for an oil change. I have coupons from when I bought my vehicle that say for the life of my vehicle I can have an oil change for So I drive 35 minutes for an oil change. I have coupons from when I bought my vehicle that say for the life of my vehicle I can have an oil change for around $30.00. I show up and show my coupon to the fellow at the desk... "No longer valid sir"..." We no longer accept Oil Change coupons from Ken Evans Dealership." Stunned and amazed!!! The last time I went there no one told me that my coupons would no longer be accepted (they honoured it last change no problem). I get calls from Jordan the sales guy a couple of times over the past few months wanting me to trade in and upgrade my vehicle... do they think to tell me that my coupons are no longer valid? No. Now this is not the first time that these folks have let me down... It started about the third time I went in for an oil change.... They'd moved from their original place of business and didn't say a word to me... I let them know that I went to the old place to get an oil change... there wasn't a note saying we've moved to such and such a place in town... I had to track them down.... I get into the dealership finally and mention this to a staff member and they don't even apologize... I track down the service manager at that time and she tries turning the tables on me basically saying it's my own fault for not calling in the first place... no apology. So today i traveled 35 minutes there and 35 minutes back to my place... no oil change... no satisfaction... no apology... Definitely not impressed, never was, and never will be. Really a shame because I was treated well by the Ken Evans team. I definitely do not recommend this Ford Dealership. And you know I will never be back. More
