Multipoint Vehicle Inspection Very friendly from start to finish and thorough... found an issue I knew was there but not sure what it was,,, and when I decided not to do the repair Very friendly from start to finish and thorough... found an issue I knew was there but not sure what it was,,, and when I decided not to do the repair needed (vehicle coming off the rod in a week) there was no pressure, no problem. Jack Thomas was the service advisor and was super friendly to talk with. All the staff are at HMP! Another job done well gang! More

Pleasant Experience I went to the dealership to look at a specific vehicle. Chad Wilcox came right out to meet us and immediately set us up for a test drive. We took the vehicle for a test drive and came back to discuss price. He talked to me, not my husband, as I was purchasing the vehicle. I give him full marks for that and he never once talked down to me or tried to sell me something else! He was friendly, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. When we set up the delivery he had everything in order when we arrived, the transition went quickly and smoothly and he gave us a full orientation to the vehicle and set up our cell phones. Buying a new vehicle can be an onerous and time consuming task, but this was a pleasant change. I have confidence that HMP will look after us in the future. So far I love my 2018 Acadia. More
