Martin and Raj were awesome! I bought a new explorer XLT and had leather seats put in it before I took possession. I contacted Sami Hafez and made an appointment, I came to the showroom found it to be like walking into a family home rather than a “pressure cooker” sales floor! Sami discussed my needs patiently looked through the inventory and was eventually able to put me into a model two levels higher than I had expected! I walked out with a brand new Edge ST in an amazing ruby red with upgraded 21” black wheels! A truly stunning vehicle, at a price point I am not sure anyone else could come close to. A conversation with Rajvir Sumra the sales manager and a short information session with Carol Buckland and the deal was done. At collection time the whole “Family” were there to greet me finalize paperwork and adjust me to my new machine. Positive car purchase I had been to a few dealerships and wasn’t sold on any of them. I was undecided on the make of car I wanted. However, when I walked into Erinwood Fo I had been to a few dealerships and wasn’t sold on any of them. I was undecided on the make of car I wanted. However, when I walked into Erinwood Ford, I was immediately greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist. Then I was introduced to Mark Maguire. Mark was amazing and answered all my questions. I told him straight away, I was just gathering information. He is very easy to get on with and I never felt pressured. I went back a couple of days later and bought a new Escape. Mark was amazing, he went through everything extremely thoroughly. He made sure that I got everything I wanted and worked with me to get the best price. Mark is very knowledgeable and his presentation was fantastic. I liked the fact that he didn’t pressure me to make a sale.
