I purchased a used GMC Yukon from this dealership last month, which was delivered to my residence. Due to cold weather, I plugged the vehicle in on the night of delivery. The following morning, upon start month, which was delivered to my residence. Due to cold weather, I plugged the vehicle in on the night of delivery. The following morning, upon starting the vehicle, the engine sounded unusually harsh. Based on this, I suspected the block heater was not functioning. I tested the block heater cord using a multimeter and received an open circuit reading, indicating a fault. I promptly contacted the dealership and reported the issue. An appointment was scheduled, requiring a three-hour drive from my location to the dealership. After waiting approximately one and a half hours, I was advised that the issue had been resolved and that the vehicle was “all good.” Today, with the ambient temperature at -34°C, the vehicle failed to start despite being plugged in for approximately five hours. I was required to boost the vehicle to start it, at which point the check engine light illuminated. I again tested the block heater cord with a multimeter and once more received an open circuit reading. At this point, it is unclear what repairs or corrections were performed during my prior visit, as the original issue remains unresolved. This was my second visit, and I provided the dealership an opportunity to correct what may have been an issue. Unfortunately, the same problem persists, resulting in a no-start condition during extreme cold weather. Given the distance traveled, the time involved, and the ongoing unresolved issue, this experience has been highly disappointing. More

I got my vehicle fixed today after three visits first of all no coordination it took my three visits and first time i been there walk in because my check engine light on they said you have to book an appoin all no coordination it took my three visits and first time i been there walk in because my check engine light on they said you have to book an appointment i booked my appointment and been there on my appointment they said sorry we cant take you in because technician is on other job which i can understand but they should tell the customer a day before but nobody called and then service manger came in said to me book again and they will give me a complimentary winter cover for front bumper grill which suppose to come with new vehicle nobody told us at that when we bought this brand new vehicle and today i left my vehicle there and service advisor named Loni told me it might not covered under warranty then you have to pay diagnose charges i said OK i got a call after 3 hours she said they found the issue but that is not under warranty and total cost will be around $348.00 and she said they are trying to cover under warranty but in ten minutes i got another call she said not possible but we will give you discount for shop supplies for $30 and now your cost comes up to $318.00 i said OK at 3 o'clock i called asked how much more time to get my vehicle back she said you will get before 5.30 i said OK. after another 15 20 minutes i got call your vehicle will be ready in 20 minutes and your bill is $500 something i asked why there is difference she said you authorise us and i told you she just give me a phone with a box opened for signatures to sign which i did and got a ride by a uber which they arranged for me and loni was not their other girl is there she said i explained her and ready to pay but she told me pls wait i will call my manager then the same manager came who gave my complimentary grill cover and showed my signature we told you so you have to pay which i paid and i told him this not right and i wont come again we do not need you we are already have enough customers and busy. someone will not expect this answer from a manger from a dealership earlier i do not have to write this but his answer forced me do this i never recommend to anyone to buy and get service done from them More
