Recently purchased a 2019 Terrain from Muzi. He was courteous and didn't waste our time showing us vehicles we weren't interested in. Made sure we understood the features and was efficient at closing t courteous and didn't waste our time showing us vehicles we weren't interested in. This dealership found me a truck and a deal basically overnight, had my tonneau ordered and installed on a Saturday morning when they didn’t have all their staff, and my salesman, Muzi, got in there and overnight, had my tonneau ordered and installed on a Saturday morning when they didn’t have all their staff, and my salesman, Muzi, got in there and detailed it himself because they had no detailers on a Saturday. Worked out a fair deal over texts and phone calls, had a plan to deliver the vehicle the next day. My schedule changed and Jack offered to come to me instead to complete the paperwork and exchange the vehi plan to deliver the vehicle the next day.
