He's extremely professional, friendly and courteous but most of all knowledgeable. I can call him at any time to ask a question and he is always helpful. Ryan also keeps me informed about what is happening with my vehicle and he has even SAVED ME MONEY which is almost unheard of with a dealership service department. Recently, the A/C on my 2013 Caravan died. Normally this would be a warranty issue but we were over the 3 years or 60 000 km so I assumed I was out of luck. Expecting a huge repair bill I contacted Capital Dodge and asked for Ryan with the hopes that there might be some way to reduce the cost of the repair. I brought the van in to Capital Dodge Shop and after a carefully review diagnosing the problem, Ryan Rodney called me to inform me he had arranged for the solution to be covered by Dodge as a good will warranty offer and I will have to pay nothing!!!. I can't thank Capital Dodge enough, and Ryan Rodney in particular (of course I want to include the mechanic team) for helping me out! I was very, very impressed with the professional service and the willingness to go beyond the call of duty! Certainly made my day! Kudos to you Ryan and Team, for always being there for me!!!!
