First buying experience from a dealer Had a great experience buying my first Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. I've been emailing back and forth with Mike LeBlanc for quite a few months and Had a great experience buying my first Jeep Wrangler from this dealer. I've been emailing back and forth with Mike LeBlanc for quite a few months and had been in to see a few Jeeps also. He was always quick to answer emails and phone calls and get any information for me I needed. Everyone was friendly at the dealership and wanted to help.. I had the pleasure of dunking Mike in the dunk tank they had at their and of the month event which was hilarious. Juan Munoz also helped with the sale and was amazing to work with. It's now been two months from when I bought it and I emailed Mike again about my first service on the Jeep and some concerns, he called me right away and was very very helpful. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Looking forward to dealing with them when I want to upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited!! More

Worth the drive from London! We found this dealership while looking for a van on Autotrader. We were really interested in a used Dodge Grand Caravan R/T and felt the drive to O We found this dealership while looking for a van on Autotrader. We were really interested in a used Dodge Grand Caravan R/T and felt the drive to Ottawa would be worth our while. We met Geoff Anderson from Sales there and took the van for a test drive. It drove great but I was concerned with some of the excessive wear and tear on both the interior (which also smelled of cigarette smoke) and some exterior scuffs and scrapes. I was ready to walk on the deal but my husband encouraged me to at least talk to Geoff. He didn't push at all and instead offered to bring out Matt Berezowski from Customer Service. I was so impressed that even though my husband was there, both gentlemen talked directly to me to understand what my concerns were! After going around and through the vehicle with both Matt and Geoff, they gave us what we felt were honest outcomes to work they would have done to satisfy our issues. We felt very comfortable, ended up going inside to discuss a deal and didn't have to go through much if any haggling for a price. We shook on a deal then proceeded to the Business Office to talk to Mike Skaff who was thorough but not at all pushy in regards to Warranty and Undercoating. We felt comfortable with the entire process and ended up choosing the increased Warranty alone without any negative comments from Mike. When we went back a week later our expectations were exceeded! Even the cigarette smoke odour was completely gone and our beautiful van looked almost brand new! Even though we live in London, Ontario we would definitely go back to Capital Dodge for our next vehicle purchase after being so well listened to and looked after! Thanks Geoff, Matt and Mike! Wonderful Experience First I must say, my wife and I love our Fiat Cabrio. More room than I thought and handles well on the highway. No problem when passing big trucks. Good heating system in the winter and A/C in hot summer months....although we do like to drive with the top opened. Purchasing experience was simple and easy. Everything was well explained and no hidden fees. The only real concern is the maintenance schedule. Compared to my other car, it seems the Fiat requires more love and care by the Service Department. However in the long term this may be a good thing. Service department staff are all pleasant and knowledgeable. Appreciate the fact that they don't overcommit or surprise you with a bill that was not expected. Great business model. More

Left in unsafe vehicle On July 31 we brought our 2011 Jeep G.C. to get an oil change & inspection package and have the dealership review all the recalls for our vehicle. On July 31 we brought our 2011 Jeep G.C. to get an oil change & inspection package and have the dealership review all the recalls for our vehicle. We advised the dealership that the brakes had been feeling "off" and they insisted we needed to replace our REAR brakes & rotars and have the front brakes cleaned. We were floored to hear that our REAR brakes (or brakes in general) needed to be replaced at less than 55,000 km. Rear brakes should last two to three times longer than front. This service was an over 700$ experience. Clearly something is wrong with our braking system that caused the rear brakes to wear like this. NOTE: We've had the jeep a little over 3 years and of that time I was HOME on maternity leave for 1.5 of that time - many many days the Jeep isn't even driven. And when I was at work most of my commute is easy highway driving. A few days after I took home my Jeep my brakes began to fail. I explained to my husband that the Jeep was NOT stopping no matter how hard I stood on the brakes. I was driving my two small children places in a Car that had Faulty brakes. Now tell me... Did they perform the vacuum test on the booster days earlier? Were my brakes actually in need of replacement at 55,000km or did we get taken advantage of? And if they were in need I replacement is it a result of the bad brake parts (recall) on our vehicle? When we called the dealership August 7th to stress our concerns we were told "you're probably just not used to your new brakes" Knowing the recall issues how could ANYONE Be so patronizing and dismissive??? Needless to say we brought the car in the following morning August 8th. Ryan went out to the car still insisting the brakes were fine. My husband insisted a mechanic look - and thank god! He immediately said "the boosters gone it's not safe to drive". We were told the booster had gone and they would have to order the parts. Clearly they had not checked/tested it the week before and sent me home in an unsafe vehicle to drive my kids around. Brakes do not go at 55,000 km unless people are unusually hard on them. I now believe the brake work done July 31 was either complete scam / misdiagnosis or 100% caused by the wear from the faulty parts on the car. And I want my money refunded. I am floored at the complete disregard for my safety. Customer Service Issues: while I appreciate being provided a rental - the service guy (Ryan & manager Kyle) we're patronizing and completely unhelpful and not understanding. When you say you will offer a comparative vehicle ...... You should try to meet the needs of the client. Telling me you have either a tiny fiat or giant ram quad cab is absolutely ridiculous. I explained - I am 5'3" and have two babies in car seats and I bring a double stroller with me. Ryan literally told me "is no car better for you cause I could put you further down the list and you could just wait with no car" he also claimed he had called EVERY rental place in the city all day to get me a car. When we arrived to pick up the rental they said "If they would have called earlier... They'd have more suitable cars to choose from" Ryan out right lied. I called their service manager -(this guy refuses to take calls we are always put to his voicemail) I called him to complain about all of this and he never bothered to call me back. I rated their service on the rate dealer site they sent me. Although it is anonymous, Kyle was aware and had received my negative review. He didn't bother addressing it (aside from telling my husband he saw it) and he chose not to return my calls. Two weeks + with a rental that is nothing like our JEEP & we have called twice to ask about the parts. No one is following up with us & it appears no one there knows what's going on. First call the woman said "the parts are coming from the USA" like that was reason for waiting. Second call we were told our JEEP was on the hoist. When we followed up later that day we were told our JEEP was never on the hoist and they were still waiting for 3 parts. At this point, one of our biggest regrets has been buying a car from this dealership. Dealing with them has from the beginning been an ordeal. We are to the point now where we are in the market for a new car and we cannot even consider a Chrysler after all of this. You need to shape up this dealership. Worst service ever over and over again. I am concerned about their competency. Am I going to have a safe vehicle for my family when all the parts come in? We've lost all trust in this dealership and sadly now the brand. I expect a full response in regards to all my concerns. But I have already been told "the booster could have gone at anytime" and the don't feel it's related. I am still furious about having to replace brakes that I am CONVINCED shouldn't possibly have needed to be replaced unless it was a result of the recalls and we should NOT have had to pay for this. I want my money refunded for the brake work done. I want assurances that the recall work needed will now be done safely by a competent mechanic. And I want MY car back as soon as possible. On another completely separate note: the young man who shuttled my husband to his office stated he simply grabbed some keys (a client's car) to use as a shuttle. How completely unprofessional and wrong! I'd be livid if they used my vehicle to shuttle clients. The car wasn't running well and the young man commented "I should have checked what it was in for first" unreal. I will am taking to media to be sure other ppl are aware of the dangerous practices, the awful service, and outright disregard for clients that seems to take place at this dealership. I've contacted Chrysler Canada - next BBB - I want a satisfactory resolution. But client service does not seem to be a priority here. More

I was browsing and met Salem B., the Sales Representative n the Fiat showroom. We started speaking and discussing upgrading to a newer model. Because of her professionalism, non pressure approach and ability to answer my questions I did upgrade my Fiat that day. I found her advice, recommendations and patience invaluable and the reason I choose to move forward. I also liked the recommendations from the parts department to spruce up the Fiat with some accessories. If you want to check out a Fiat, I would definitely start with Salem. More

A VISIT, EVEN TWO CAN EQUAL HOURS I am extremely happy with the Fiat 500C I purchased from Capital Dodge Chrysler. Getting there however, was a little more taxing. I would like to start with the people who I dealt with and their conduct/professionalism. Arriving: We arrived at the Dealership to meet Mike LeBlanc and Salem B. Salem is the Fiat specialist (salesperson) who was very accommodating and knowledgeable to say the least. She was patient and assist Mike LeBlanc in selling me the Fiat. Mike LeBlanc was/is my contact at Capital and knew I wanted a Fiat, so he took a personal charge to ensure I received the service needed as a valuable customer to Capital. At no time at all did Mike not stand up in representing Capital Dodge in a very professional manner. In fact, tried to correct things when it appeared they were going wrong....and indeed they went wrong. Financial Manager(s): Mike LeBlanc set me up with a Financial Manager as soon as we agreed on a price. Mike indicated that Dee Murphy would be my Financial connection who would arrange the necessary paperwork for purchase. I have not idea what happened and Mike kept checking to see what was happing but my husband and I waited for approximately an hour to see Dee. It was a very long wait and I didn't understand why it was taking so long. To me a customer should not wait that long to be seen and in fact, could have very well just leave out of boredom and frustration. I understand through Mike that he inquired why it took so long and apparently Dee did step out of her office to look for Mike. When she didn't see him, she went back into the office. I have no idea why see didn't go looking because the show room (both) are not that big and she could have gone looking for us. I also understand there was no other customer being looked after during that time. With other duties to do as well as my interests, Mike visited Dee again and finally she came and got us. Thank You But No Thanks: Dee seemed to understand the financial aspect of the job very well. She went through all required items so we would understand what each meant, as it pertains to the car. We indicated that we did not want the extended warrantee at this time. She indicated that we could think about it and when back in, let her know. We received the draft copy of the Bill Of Sales and discovered later that she had indeed included the extended warranty cost. Called her so that this information could be change and as a back up, I sent an email. Unfortunately, I did not received reply her or indication she changed the bill of sale. I understand it could easily be taken off, but I requested not to have it in the first place and from my point of view, that was not what the customer wanted. The whole insurance coverage detail seemed to be totally lost and confusing in regards of who was to do what and we found ourselves...looking after ourselves. Day of Purchase/Deliver: We returned two days later to find that Dee was off and we finished the paperwork with Mike Skaff (I think). We found that she had booked another customer at the same time which left Mike LeBlanc balancing his customers but ensured they were comfortable and looked after. Again, much time went by. Mike Skaff was great with finishing the paperwork off and I found him to be personable. However, not realizing until later, we left the dealership with our new car without an ownership or information about our insurance. Again, I would think there are procedures in place to ensure the customer leaves with everything or informed accordingly. Hospitality: Finally, we had the opportunity to met Shawn Hamilton and Matt Berezowski who educated us on what is available as it pertains to our car. All were very nice and easy to talk to but by that time my patience was wearing thin. At the end of day, most were extremely helpful, professional and informative. I felt welcomed and comfortable and at no time did I feel insulted or discarded. Overall, the experience was positive. More
