From good to bad UPDATE: Everything was good untill picking up the car. During pick up they told me that i have to pay extra for new license plates and for payout of UPDATE: Everything was good untill picking up the car. During pick up they told me that i have to pay extra for new license plates and for payout of the trade in car loan. I believed them and paid without checking. The car had extra 50km on the odometer, which was explained that they had to drive to the detailing shop. Car was also showing deflated tires. One week after picking up the car they contacted me saying I owe them $870 more, to payout trade in loan. I called TD auto finance and found out that not just I dont owe more, but infact they actually overcharged me the first time when I was picking up the car. So far after multiple requests no one still can give me itemization of the charges. Chris distanced himself from this error and is happy if you dont bother him. During financing application their finance person either outright lied or didnt know better but was insisting that Chevy Volts motors arent covered by voltec warranty and therefore I have to purchase extended warranty. On the other hand if one doesn’t know details of the coverage maybe they shouldn’t insisting that they do. If you end up buying there make sure to be diligent, ask for explanation of all the charges and if they claim something isnt/is covered make sure to see it in writing. Amazing experience buying Chevy Volt at Budds chevrolet with sales person Chris! Highly recommend visiting and talking to him, especially for EV purchase! He is very knowledgeable and will help you to set everything up. I felt like he was honest with me regarding price, I didn’t feel any pressure and i felt very comfortable. More

I did a lot of internet research and found Budds` Chevrolet was rated #1. Accordingly, I make the hour commute or more to Budds` Chevrolet because its the best. Actually, the Manager of the service department, Shane Maginins is the best, he's been phenomenal. Its' taken me awhile to finally trust again after horrendous experiences at other dealerships and that's because of the high quality/caliber of work that's been done on my SUV. Everything is explained to me and everything is taken care of right down to the small details. I no longer get sick to my stomach or worry when I take my vehicle in for service. I will stay loyal to Budds`and to the Chevrolet/Cadillac brand as long as Shane Maginins is there. More

I was disappointed but am now satisfied. I went in for routine service and tire rotation. I was being pushed for brake service and I declined. I agreed to wiper blades but was shocked to learn the wipers were almost $80.00 plus tax. This was my first bad experience with Budd's. I will be taking my business elsewhere. My selling dealer is not so far away. I am disappointed with this experience. It is too bad as I have been treated well in the past. I received a call from the service manager Shane Maginnis the next morning after submitting my review. As a result of the conversation I am now satisfied this matter has been resolved. I trust the review I wrote has been taken to heart and this situation wont happen again. His apology on behalf of Budd's was sincere and I am willing to give them another chance. I have had many good experiences with this dealer ship and I do believe they deserve another chance. More
