I have to be honest and say I would have never in my life thought that I would ever give a dealership a 5 star rating. I’ve had average experiences prior but never as outstanding as with this Sherwood Chev dealer. Dealing with Nathan - Sales and Harrison - GM. These 2 made this so smooth and enjoyable, even through the whole process we were still able to enjoy some laughs together and they treated me more than just another buyer and with respect. I cannot begin to say how much time, work and efforts they both put in into making me extremely happy with my purchase but even more so that it made me feel like they we’re working for me and together with me and not making me feel like it was them vs me. They made me feel like we were all on the same team working together to achieve the goal of purchasing. I would also like to thank Tenille and Derek with their time, help and efforts and appreciated their involvement as well. I would and will highly recommend this Dealership and esp ask for Nathan and he will more than be able to help you in whatever kind of vehicle you’re looking for and again to work together with Harrison who went above and beyond what anyone would expect but at this dealership it’s not an expectation, it’s a given. Horrible dealership, they promised a new sd card/navigation as part of the purchase of the vehicle and never ordered it. It's been a almost a month an all I get it's lies from them. Don't ever buy from this dealership, they won't fulfill their promises as soon as you leave with the vehicle.

Poor customer service. My vehicle has been in for the third time for the same issue. Still has not been fixed. No courtesy vehicle. Ton top of all this they charged me for the diagnostic even though it’s under warranty. The truck has been losing oil and the oil again was very low when I brought it in for my THIRD appointment. So obviously they charged me for an oil change as well…. I will never buy here again.

We decided to venture out Saturday to look at new vehicles in St Albert, our first stop was St Albert Ford. Buying a new vehicle is a big deal, we were looking at 60+K and I found this both overwhelming and stressful. From the moment we walked in , It was uncomfortable, and no one really seemed happy. Once greeted, the pressure was on. The salesmen kept asking "If XXX do we have a deal today", "If I can do this do we have a deal today, I want your business". Long story short, once getting numbers the pressure to sign now was on, and my husband and I were not even given a minute to discuss things - I suggested he and I go for coffee, as this is a big expense and we needed to discuss things privately. The salesmen suggested we take said truck to have coffee, so feeling pressured- we did. After spending 2-3 hours there, I was relieved to be out of there and breathe. McDonald's is right beside Ron Hodgson, my husband said "let's go have a look, my dad always has good things to say about them". From the second we walked in, it was a relaxed and comfortable environment, with employees smiling and not circling like vultures waiting for their next prey as in our previous experience. Ethan, with a HUGE smile, walked by and said "If there is anything I can help you with, let me know", after our previous experience; I had my game face on, knew what I wanted, and was straight to the point ( sorry Ethan, I expected the same pressure 😉). Ethan had my truck of interest pulled up for a test drive within 10 minutes, and off went. Now I have to credit Ethan a lot here, after driving a minivan for 9 years, I felt like I was driving a Ferrari, I know my husband looked concerned as I accelerated and LOVED the sound of that engine and I may or have may not have gone a little above the speed limit, while vocalizing my excitement.. Ethan was a champ and laughed and joked away with me, thank you! Once back, I knew I wanted that truck, and Ethan was quick to get my numbers to James the Sales Manager, and James was prompt to bring them back out. Let's talk James, he greeted us with a laid-back, no-pressure persona. He sat with us, I had my million and one questions (thank you for your patience), and not once did James seem inconvenienced. Once the numbers were given and everything was explained, James said he would give us time to talk. After having time to chat, and our overall experiences, this was a YES. I have to emphasize the experience is what really sold us. We got a better trade-in amount and the interest rate was significantly lower. The staff overall: Every salesman we saw, had genuine smiles, they seemed happy and It provided an inviting environment. The best for last: Sorry guys, as amazing as you were nothing tops Mike in finance, and laughs we had!! As my husband and I sat in the evening reflecting on our day, and experience he said "With our experience today, I'll be buying my next vehicle from them". I wanted to let everyone know that this dealership Parts Center is the worse. I can just imagine that the rest of it operates the same way. I would stay away from them. The employee that greet me was rude and looked like someone that should find a new job and his manager should follow him out the door, as I can tell he got trained by him. My wife bought a camera for our 2024 Denali HD3500 long box ($125 000 truck) to mount on the horse trailer to make the invisible trailer option work. I did not like the idea as our horse trailer as double opening door at the back and that will not work with this system... So, this morning I tried to return the unused camera, well I got decline under false assumption that the box was open, its a brown generic cardboard box!!! The camera is in perfect new condition, nothing missing. I can tell you that when someone is being stiff over a $800 camera with someone that owns a truck like mind, they are only after 1 thing from everyone, the initial purchase. After being frustrated by this pretend manager, I decided to talk with the General manager, well the cowered person decline talking with me and advise the front desk employee that he would call me later...still waiting 5 hours later... I cant believe that he never got out of is office to meet me and apologize in person for his busy schedule and make a new meeting with me...CUSTOMER SERVICE START WITH YOU Mr. General manager. That is most likely why everyone is miserable in this dealership. If you want to avoid this disappointment, I would try a different dealership.

It has been 2 months since I purchased my car from CMP GM, since that time I have have tried with no luck to contact my sales person and also the used car manager, all I ever get in voice mail and not once in 2 months has anyone returned my calls. I got a call from the person that follows up of after sale to see if I was happy with my purchase, even when telling her I was not and explaining my problem still no one bothered calling back to address my concerns.

Well I wish I could say something positive... but shop local, support local screwed us with this particular business. My boyfriend took his truck in because the gas tank takes a half an hour to fill due to the gas pump clicking off CONSTANTLY as if it were full. Who wants to stand out in -30°C pumping gas for 30 minutes, right? So call Westlock Motors, service department tell him sure, we'll look at, they run a diagnostic, explain what's wrong and a quote to fix the problem, $800! So boyfriend says yes, fix it (his truck is pretty well his job). So almost 4 hours later he gets his truck back expecting that 4 hours and $800 later that its fixed. So he goes to fill it up... nope, not fixed, can't fill it. Not sure why the service consultant would not have checked to see if the problem had been resolved before returning it and charging my boyfriend for 'fixing' the problem. Call the dealer to see what had happened and what could be done to resolve the problem, speak with the manager and he tells us that if we bring it back in they will run a free diagnostic... hmmm so what is the new diagnostic going to say that the last one didn't? How much is it going to cost to fix the new problem since the last $800 didn't fix it..... why would we bring it back? We are feeling completely scammed by this dealership and all they want to say is bring it back in and we'll look at it again? If you didnt catch the problem the first time in the 4 hours you had it, why would we trust that it would be fixed this time? Are we stupid or something? Worst service experience we've had anywhere.

The service manager was just fantastic dealing with our 2016 Buick Encore engine light problem we encountered on our journey back home to BC. They got us in first thing and we were back on the road by 2:30 that afternoon. Adrian in parts was just super. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and management. They truly make you feel like you are in good hands.

Smoothest buying experience ever. I’ve purchased several vehicles from the “big dealers” locally in Calgary and never had good experiences. I stumbled across the 2019 Sierra Elevation online, and inquired about some information on the truck. Right away Kyle the Sales Manager reaches out to me, and the rest is history. It was pleasant being able to deal directly with a Sales Manager. I was able to let him know what my expectations were up front, and he ensured they were met. I felt like I got the best deal, great trade value, great price on the new truck, along with some extras. Cindy in finance was super easy to deal with as well over the phone, and she was efficient. Had all the paperwork printed out and ready to be signed upon arrival. Justin even made sure to come by and introduce himself during the delivery of my truck. All around great experience with Davis Brooks, and I would highly recommend anyone from Calgary consider making the drive to work with this amazing team!
