Their kind, knowledgeable, and professional service staff make bringing our vehicles to them an easy and happy experience. They gave us more for our trade and were much better to deal with then the crappy Chevy dealer in the west end of Edmonton. The after sales communication between signing and picking up could use some work though. All in all i would go back and buy from John & Jason again/

Wanted to buy a used truck from this dealership they would not honor the price they had advertises earlier they increased the price bye 7000.00 more then the previously posted price. this in my option is just a dealership that is out to rip off there costumers when they posted an add prior they where going to make money on that but now they want additional 7000.00 stay away !!!!

I am the proud owner of a brand new 2021 Malibu thanks to Rod Sassa’s salesmanship. Dealing with Rod was as stress free as eating a DQ treat! I found Rod to be polite, professional and honest. Rod gave me more for my 2012 Malibu than I expected so that was a nice surprise as well. Rod spent lots of time with me explaining everything and answering all my questions. All in all Rod made me feel very special and when it comes time for a new vehicle I will ask for Rod. Then when I went to see Andy in the finance department I was also treated as a very special person. Rod and Andy thank you so much.

Excellent service! Dependable and respectful service department. After having a very negative and frustrating experience at Schwab in Leduc it was recommended to us to take our truck to Adams. Best decision we made was to see Dean in Adams service department. Dean went beyond our expectations and was able to resolve all the issues we were having with the truck. He went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied and happy customers. Dean and his staff understand and respect the term “customer service” and they actually work to ensure customers satisfaction because they want the repeat business. I would highly recommend the service department at Adams because they stand behind their product and work.

We have lived in Canmore for twelve years and have purchased and leased many vehicles (trucks, cars and my trusty Avalanche) from them over the years. Their service team is the BEST! From the mechanics to office staff, you get a good feeling if honest dealing and thorough service investigation. The parts team is always helpful in finding or matching the best available deal for your vehicle and over the years, it feels like family when you walk in there. We had a major accident with our 2010 Silverado - Alberta early morning deer in the highway. Canbow handled the $24,000 in damage with efficiency and professional service and we have never had any issues with the truck beyond regular maintenance since that accident in 2012. We highly recommend the Canbow team.

Powing Steering - Dave K

I had an issue with my power steering in my vehicle. They booked our truck in the next day as it was late in the afternoon. Service got our truck in as soon as they opened. They needed to order parts, it of course was something unusual. Soon as the parts arrived they were on it within the hour. I am so pleased with the experience, with the whole dealership. Even the salesman, sales manager and shop manager was checking on us making sure everything in their power was being done. It was! I am hard to please, but this dealership goes the extra mile every time I need something. (maybe that is why the two largest fleets in the area use them?)

Took an almost new vehicle in for minor repair, appointment was at 8am and they didnt even look at the vehicle until after 2pm and told me i'd have to wait for parts that they said they had already ordered and had in stock. This is just the latest of several terrible experiences i've had there. Drive to Red Deer or Rocky Mountain House and save yourself some frustration.

As cold as an Alberta winter. - Rick

The service person, Bob, is about as cold and rude as an Alberta winter. My wife was having issues with the alarm on her Terrian. The horn would sound off for no reason. We had a friend who is a GM trained technician look at it and figured it was something wrong with the hood latch, but to take it in the dealership. When she took it in to Palliser, she mentioned to Bob what our friend had said. He promptly said back, Well maybe you should take it to him to fix then. As it turned out, Palliser never did fix anything to do with the faulty alarm. They just said they couldn't find anything wrong. So in the end, we did have our GM trained technician fix it. Is Bob so comfortable in his position that he can treat costumers like this? This isn't the only time he has been an a$$hole to us either.

Poor customer service - Looking for a Fair dealership

After having my vehicle stolen, insurance informed me that the vehicle would need to have a complete mechanical inspection. I decided to have this dealer perform the work as in my previous career I was a journeyman technician in a GM dealership and believed that they would do the best job for me. After the inspection was completed I was informed that the vehicle would need front and rear brake pads and rotors as they are getting worn (not as a result of the theft). I decided to wait on this at this time. The vehicle was detailed within the dealer which was not what was requested and authorized by insurance. The oil was changed and a wheel alignment was completed. When I picked my vehicle up I immediately heard a rotational noise that changed with vehicle speed. I immediately returned to the dealership, after driving less than a block, and advised the service dept of the noise. A quick road test with the shop foreman and the vehicle was heading back into the shop. I later received a phone call stating that the brake rotors are warped causing the noise. I was skeptical as the noise I heard was not a brake type noise. When I returned to pick the vehicle up the second time I was presented a bill for rechecking the for the cause of the noise. I argued that the noise should have been noted in the inspection however I am now doubtful that it was ever road tested. I argued the new charge to no avail and ended up paying to get my vehicle back. Mysteriously when I drove away I noticed that there was no longer that rotational noise. How did that happen I thought. After all brake rotors don't un warp. I believe that something was not tightened up and as a result they charged me more and blamed it on the brakes that I did not wish to have them change. Upon arriving home, I removed the wheels to have a look at the brakes. The rotors have some rust on them however not severe The rear pads have about 20% life remaining and the front pads have about 30% life remaining. For these reasons I would not recommend this dealership. I am just fortunate enough to have the education and background to know when I am being taken.
