I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, only to discover that the specifications of the truck were misrepresented. Despite reaching out to both the sales representative and their manager, no act to discover that the specifications of the truck were misrepresented. Despite reaching out to both the sales representative and their manager, no action was taken. Upon attempting to escalate the matter to higher management, I was assured that the general manager would contact me promptly, but unfortunately, no one followed up. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, particularly as it was my first time buying a new vehicle, turning what should have been a positive experience into a regrettable one." More

The dealer I had an experience with would not meet my requests to review historical maintenance items on what they claim to call a certified used vehicle. After going through with the purchase, it was no requests to review historical maintenance items on what they claim to call a certified used vehicle. After going through with the purchase, it was noted the mechanical fitness checklist had a couple outstanding items of which they didn't replace before deaming the vehicle as certified used vehicle that meets the standards to pass a clean mechanical fitness test. Understable, brakes and tires are wearable items, but these components should have been replaced upon the assessment. More
