I took my car for an oil change express lane at 3:30 and was told it would be an hour and a half wait, if not longer because there were 3 cars in line in front of me.. I’ve had many issues with the service department at this dealership over the years but decided to give them a chance again because of their convenient location. Big mistake. Avoid this dealership and their poorly run service department at all costs. More
Was in last night to look at a new truck, told the sales guy and the manager I would call in the morning to pay my deposit. Called the salesman twice and texted him once he called me back at the end of th guy and the manager I would call in the morning to pay my deposit. Called the salesman twice and texted him once he called me back at the end of the day to say he just took a deposit on the truck and told me he'd let me know when another one comes in. I recently bought a new 2022 tahoe. Drove it off the lot and there was a vibration when driving fast. Called the dealership and they said bring it in. They balanced the tires and it still had the vibration. I took it back and they balanced the tires again, still did not fix the vibration. I took it back and said the vehicle is still shaking when it is driven at highway speeds. They said they did a road force test and tires were all within spec so can’t be a vibration. I take the mechanic out for a drive, he feels the vibration. Looks into into it and he informed me the test was never completed. I was lied to by Andrew in service. I eventually get the road force test done and one tire is out of spec (explaining the vibration). Andrew says it’s not covered even tho it’s been in 4 times, first of which was 4 days after buying brand new vehicle. Tires only have 2,000 km on them. Very unhappy with the service department and how they have treated me. Will tell everyone I know to never use this dealership. More

Al Demers, the sales manager, was wonderful, asked for our input on the service department and wants to ensure an exceptional experience and helped us with negotiating the sale of our vehicle and new vehicle purchase. The parts department has been fantastic with parts orders and was very reasonably priced on the things we ordered. We have purchased other vehicles from other dealerships in the past but have never had the same wonderful experience we have had from Ron Hodgson. Worst customer service! Bought our Enclave from them in 2018, every problem that we had, we took it there to be fixed. Last week my interior electrical went, took it in on F Bought our Enclave from them in 2018, every problem that we had, we took it there to be fixed. Last week my interior electrical went, took it in on Friday. They found the problem, a screw was found in my hvac hose. Originally was offered 1 hr diagnosis time taken off our bill. Why offer to take anything off our bill? Because they knew they were responsible for the screw from a previous fix for a similar problem. We spoke with Shawn, the service manager, who informed us he remembers working on my vehicle in 2019 for the similar problem. He contradicted himself and back pedaled the whole conversation, and didn't want to 'point fingers.' Stating it would have been impossible that they left the screw in there, although they are the only ones to ever work on my car. He further stated that it must've been there from the manufacture. But again contradicted himself as he stated if he left it in there in 2019, I would have experienced water in the interior soon after that, wouldn't that have happened if it was in there since it was manufactured then? When asked for the service to be taken care of as it was a problem that occurred to negligence on their end, Shawn responded he can't do that, as he needs to pay the mechanics. Ok Shawn, I love going to work to pay your employees to fix YOUR mistakes. NEVER WILL WE TAKE OUR VEHICLES THERE AGAIN OR PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! More
