Customer Service I was recently washing my 2018 F150, which I’ve had for 2 months when the windshield cracked as I was rinsing it. I watched it crack from about 6” dow I was recently washing my 2018 F150, which I’ve had for 2 months when the windshield cracked as I was rinsing it. I watched it crack from about 6” down on the edge of the drivers side and eventually spread to almost the entire height of the windshield. I took pics about an hour and a half apart to show the spread and that there was no impact to start this issue. I brought it in to Courtesy, they took a series of pics to send to Ford’s Warranty department, including the ones I took. Courtesy agreed and they also thought it was a defect but had to send the info to Ford Canada. They denied the claim of course saying it was caused by an impact. I asked what the dealership could do as I have now purchased 3 trucks from them since 2009 and that they acknowledged it was a defect. Will, Peter and Juan went to bat for me on behalf of the dealership and were able to cover the cost of a new windshield despite being turned down by Ford Canada. Peter even offered to pitch in his own money in order to keep a positive relationship and to acknowledge my loyalty as a customer. Much appreciated that this situation was eventually handled correctly. More

Our 3 adult children have all purchased their vehicles here as well. I recently picked up my new Explorer. Dan Bee showed us a number of options in our price point and was thorough in explaining each and everyone of them. Courtesy Ford has an outstanding customer service history. From the time you pick up your new vehicle, to annual servicing and even follow up reminders. Their staff are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. The continually go above and beyond to ensure that you are well looked after. I would never consider purchasing or taking my car to any other dealer. More

Best Resolve Stellar work from all at dealership to resolve a known issue with the doors on my 2016 F150 Sport Super Cab. Service tried to repair under warranty 3x Stellar work from all at dealership to resolve a known issue with the doors on my 2016 F150 Sport Super Cab. Service tried to repair under warranty 3x - oil pressure pump went at under 25,000K on trip home from Toronto and issues with first tonneau cover. At this point very frustrated at not willing to go forward financing that truck for another 5 years with problems and was considering not going forward with a lease on a third work truck as a result. I have a second F150 XLT work truck and we have purchased our personal 2017 Escape at Courtesy as well. I purchased my first two used F150's for my business there in the past as well. So a lot of vehicles and I was hoping not to have to go elsewhere. Had an opportunity to do so when at an industry seminar but chose to give Zach and Courtesy a chance to see what they could do - Zach spearheaded action - Will Taylor , Zach, Judy et al all stepped up and moved the issue up the chain and have resolved the issue beyond my expectations - and I am in a new vehicle and will also be leasing a third truck for my business come April. More
