Made the purchase experience very pleasant and easy, great at explaining the features of the Terrain, and knows the meaning of customer service. Business Manager Susan Riddell is also top notch, friendly and helpful. All staff here were nice and really made you feel welcome and that your business in not only important to them but also appreciated. It's customer service the way it used to be! A noticeable absence of the attitude and arrogance that has become common place at so many London dealerships. More

Need to be more attentive to spelling My vehicle came with a GM Visa card. Susan Riddelll spelled my last name wrong on the application. I received a letter from Visa asking for more finan My vehicle came with a GM Visa card. Susan Riddelll spelled my last name wrong on the application. I received a letter from Visa asking for more financial information as the information on my application did not relate to the person's name on the application. Cathy Gray called Visa for me and I was able to correct the spelling of my last name and then my credit rating came up for them. I did not have to send more financial information and my GM Visa card is now in the mail to me. More

He is always helpful and goes above and beyond to find you the vehicle that best suits your needs or desires. We spoke to him a couple of weeks ago and today my new ride is sitting in my driveway. All I had to do was go and pick it up, Chuck had looked after everything. I even received a delicious box of chocolates..Thanks again Chuck I love my new ride 👍 More
