I was an indecisive customer and made considerable email demands on her time with various requests for assistance with respect to various matters. I found her to be patient and accommodating throughout. In particular I was impressed with her undertaking to bring a vehicle out of Lexus inventory just to allow me to see its exterior and interior colours. Purchase of 2016 RX350 It was time to replace my 2012 top of the line Toyota Venza with over 300,000 kilometers and since this model was not longer available, I wanted some It was time to replace my 2012 top of the line Toyota Venza with over 300,000 kilometers and since this model was not longer available, I wanted something that was its equal or better. I decided to check out the Lexus RX350 and was quite impressed. My budget ruled out a brand new unit, but Lexus of London had just taken back a 2016 model off of a 2-year lease and it was a great fit for me. Sue gave me the introduction to their current stock of Lexus RX350 units and I was hooked. Even though it took me a month or more to get ready to deal, Sue was relaxed and helpful but not pushy as I have experienced with other dealerships in the past. There was no pressure to up sell extended warranty or other add-on accessories. Additionally, the Lexus team made the extra effort to get my new ride ready in time for an Eastern Ontario trip which was already scheduled for a couple of days after the paper work was signed. Kevin Gittens was extremely helpful with getting me a bit familiar with all of the various systems and their controls for my pre-delivery training session. This car rides and handles like a dream. I think I'm now a Lexus man! Sue told me once I have driven a Lexus, I'd be back for another in the future. At this point, she is right. Harry More
